I agree, if the erection is good, but the libido is failing, it most often has to do with hormone levels , not ability to perform.  Been taking T-therapy for about 12 years, originally to improve my workouts at the gym and build muscle mass, but I found as a side-effect that it also has the effect of increasing the need to have sex more often.  If his response to a hot chick who wants sex is that he would rather bake cookies and do laundry, I would also recommend checking T-levels before just conceding that he might really be gay and didn't know it until now.

Recent studies suggest sildenafil (Viagra) may lower Alzheimer's risk. People who have taken the drug have improved blood flow in the brain and reduced toxic protein buildup that’s common in the disease. But more studies and clinical trials are needed before the medical community can recommend Viagra as a preventative or treatment for Alzheimer’s.

Sounds like a win-win to me.  You get easier, better and more predictable hard-ons and a lower risk of Alzheimer's disease.  So what the drug manufactures make money because of it.

Does Viagra only help with ED? I don't have that problem but my libido is just horrible. I have no interest in women. The hottest chick around could come up to me and say "Why don't you take me home and fuck me to China", my response would probably be, "No I need to go home and bake some cookies, then do laundry"

... why a man with that problem spends time writing on a forum dedicated to the satisfaction of urges he does not have.
