I prefer the natural look. The women with the big fake asses do nothing for me, they look like cows. And they MIGHT look okay with clothes on, but even worse with clothes off. Disgusting. After having children I wanted a Mommy make-over, but as a single Mom with no help I only enhanced my breasts. I am really glad I did not get my tummy & culo done too! I see the results & at 1st they maybe fantastic, but if you do not take care of yourself a year, or 2 later it is a waste of $. I really enjoy realistic features. My breasts are not huge stripper, or porn star boobs they fit my small frame perfect. Diet & exercise can help tone the body. I have an attitude of gratitude & am very body positive these days.

not give women the right size breasts in the first place.  It took medical science until the 20th century to figure out a way fix it without having them come off with the clothes.  I completely approve of women getting upgrades that will look perfect on their frame.  My favorite size is C.  It works on most girls who are slender, which is my preferred body type.   The problem with mismatched enhancements is many younger girls (probably because they listen to younger guys) think bigger is ALWAYS better.  Its not.  

But I love big fake tits. Some of them. Totally depends on the overall look and shape. A pair of nicely done C's is way better than basketballs. Then again, I'll take a nicely done set of GG's over a terrible set of C's.
With butts, there's a limit. If I can't imaging the lady being able to sit comfortably in a coach airline seat, with the armrest down, it's too big for me. Likewise, it might look great in a tight pair of jeans, but take those off and no matter what, all I see is a couple giant sacks of fat. Some of the ladies I follow on Twitter and IG will post videos of them jiggling their asses and I see are the lumps and lines of cellulite moving up and down.

upgrades that that they have to at least look like they COULD have occurred naturally.  Its kind of turn-off for me when I see a 5-0, 100# spinner with DD's.  Its not believable for me.  Mother nature doesn't put balloons like that on a girl so small unless she is also obese every place else.

Short yes, but five foot and slim/slender means a size zero, not a size four. IMO for a woman to be a size four and "slim" she has to be at least 5'5"
