It happens when you are a big guy, with a monster schlong, and you do cowgirl with a very petite vixen, preferably a busty blonde ultravixen. If she's around 90-95 pounds and mounts your schlong cowgirl, then you spin her around, and record the sounds she makes on DVDs. Usually sounds like a choir of angels.

I asked on the Porn Stars board about the origin of this term because I first heard it used in reference to my ATFAFS Nikki Dial.
