There is a provider visiting my area that drew my eye. Dove into her website and, after a few photos, I realized that she bears great resemblance to the daughter of a good friend.
Not only that, her "home city" is the same. Too weird for me, I am going to pass. What would you do if you were in my shoes? 😎 Edit - maybe my deep subconscious is in play here? Yuk!

I would book her. It can turn into a dream session. Worst thing she can do is pass on you when you knock on the door. I vote be adventurous. See what happens.

So, when I heard that, I HAD to see her. I asked about her father and I know nobody like she described. When I insisted she said she didn't want to. Keep in mind, I had already made an appointment to see this local provider that fell through due to scheduling conflicts.
So, when she insisted no, I sent her an email telling her about how her website needed some fixing and how she should be more professional, etc., and when she realized I cared about her, she finally agreed to see me. Bottom line, she was mistaken and we have since seen each other many times. I did once see a provider that looked just like a family friend's daughter. Needless to say, I saw her once and that was it. Too creepy
How long has daughter's friend been in the business? A lady who has been engaged in the practice for sometime, and who plans to remain active, will understand the absolute necessity for discretion. However, if she sees it as more of an adventure that she'll soon move on from, she may be more inclined to share information about her experiences. I have no idea how you would assess her plans.
Good call in passing, If its her, no way will she be happy to see you at her door. If its not, you'll still be worried and nervous and it may ruin the date anyways. Why risk it?
