It's not impossible to fake a convincing orgasm.  I would always assume it's an act anyway, they do it to get you more excited.

I totally agree with the previous ladies statements.. I was married for a long time and like alot of you, was in a basically sexless marriage..I got married at a very young age and was a virgin.
