A Private conversation got me thinking of what refreshments to have at hand...   All packages to be left intact until the gals arrival.  Let's say I've met one & she's bringing her friend but are not ATF level where real food might be appropriate.  I realize that preferances vary but would like to have suggestions.
Bottled water
Protien bars
Greek yogurt cups

Gentlemen & Ladies what would YOU request?
Thankyou in advance for your thoughtful answers.

Many have very different desires and sometimes allergies.

For instance with your thoughts, there is the possibility of lactose intolerance for the yogurt, Celiac's disease for the protein bar, and they may not like water as they know what fish do in it.

What I normally have...

Water, wine or champagne, cheese, fruit, assorted nuts lol, and something sweeter like chocolate covered strawberries.

If the providers have any preferences on refreshments or drinks. That way if one of them is allergic to something or have a certain preference you are already prepared.
Can't go wrong with a nice fruit platter, bottles of water, maybe a bottle of champagne if it is an evening date.
That is a very nice touch to include some refreshments and drinks you will be surprised how many guys book 3+ hrs and there is nothing to drink. Not saying that is a requirement but it is nice touch especially when you are working up a sweat a nice cool drink hits the spot:)

Ah, then I guess I would have to bring all that shit with me lol. Same goes either way. For that long of a duration, everyone appreciates some water and a bit to nibble on...except me of course, but I will run up your alcohol bill bwahhahaa.

I like the idea of fruit platter from the fresh deli, cheese is always good (though I am too fond), trying to stay away from greasy things.  A bit of bubbly is a nice thought...   I was thinking about cold cut deli slices...  found the tastiest fried turkey recently!  Not greasy at all.

I just have one more to check with her...  don't bring alcohol without checking...  I would not want to be responsible for someone falling off the wagon...  just saying.  (I was surprised by a young woman (civie) who was attending AA)
I will continue to check with the ladies about dislikes or allergies while making some suggestions.

Just ask her what she likes.

A choice btw non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are always nice in case you all want to party.
