too often our hollywood elite offer to us commoners pronouncements on how to live our lives.... how to run a country.... how to vote.... how to save energy.... how to "save the children".... how to whatever....


This person broke the law, not once but several times.  While I am for some degree of leniency for a first time offender... I am not for setting them aside due to money, power or prestige... that use to be done in feudal times.

In this country, supposedly there is no elite, and no one above the law.  That includes presidents, congressmen, actors who scream in borderline on child abuse to their kids (yes I mean Alec Baldwin) and especially this spoiled brat whose only talent is her luck at who she was born to.

Would I schedule with her?  probably not... as I do not think she is "hot"!

Such misues of our legal system just to make a f'n point & an example of her !!! (imo)

These morons in LA are just creating a media frenzy and everyone from the judge (sauer) to the sherif (baca) are looking for their 15 minutes of fame.

Don't get me wrong I do believe that she needs to accept responsibility for her actions and accept the punishment but heiress status aside I don't think someone even like me (no criminal record here & a pretty clean driving record too) would ever be forced to endure 45 days in jail just for driving twice on a suspended license. And if I were, I too would have a mental melt down.

nicole & lindsey better watch it they might be next however I think linds deserves a good kick in the pants for her actions.... as if my opinion matters, lol.
