In my area, BP is a mixed bag.  There are some good girls there as well as reviewed touring providers.  There are also lots of B&S and ROBs, which is what BP mainly gets slammed for.  In other areas of the country it's the only game in town and a real necessity.  And, if you're careful, you can use it with success.
Also, you can't compare BP to TER.  Yes, TER does have ads, but it's mainly a review site.  You won't find any reviews on BP.

Yes, ultimately BP is just a place where escorts advertise their services.  I've seen a lot of very respected providers use BP to promote immediate availability on a given day.  Years ago I met a gal on CL who turned out to be a great fave for five years.  

It's not the site as much as how you use it.  If a girl has no reviews and no other internet presence there is no doubt that you are rolling the dice if you decide to see her. This is really no different than if you look on Eros or Cityvibe and bok with a girl who has no reviews.  You just don't know what is going to happen.

One thing to remember is that LE loves to use BP to run sting operations on guys.  Again, it's not the site, it's the way you use it.  Always think with the big head.  The guys who get burned are the ones who call a "new in town" ad that has been posted every fifteen minutes all day by some girl's pimp.  Reviews, a website or a consistent internet presence don't guarantee the quality of the service but at least you know it's not sting or a rip-off.

as long as you do research. Reviews will help you not get ripped off/robbed/B&S/LE situations. Some guys (especially newbies) don't take the time to see if a girl is legit and how she really is in a session, that's why many on TER tell others not to go that route.  

I wouldn't go as far to say that BP is bad.  Some of my first hobby encounters have been with wonderful BP girls.  But I would say that BP can be risky.  Lots of rip-offs, some less than professional ladies, LE stings and other potential dangers lurk on BP.  But there are plenty of woman, although unreviewed and unverified, that are real gems.  I often look at BP.  But if I cannot find a review (or three) or at least some sort of other verification, well, let's say I am not going to TOFTT.
But as you say, she has good reviews, I am all for it.  BP has some potential stars and undiscovered talent.  I would be most of the providers here at TER, P411, DC, etc were unknown entities and BP at one time.  Heck, we all gotta start somewhere.

BP is what it is. It can be useful, but you have to know what you are doing, whether you are hobbyist or provider.  
personally, it brings more headache than I usually want to deal with, but if I have rent coming up or am abnormally slow, I will use it.

That kind of broad-brush, all-inclusive statement is exactly the kind of dumb comment I was talking about above.  Sure, there are plenty of "low class and fakes and ripoffs" on BP.  But not everyone there falls into that category.  As I said above, there are some good traveling providers who post ads there, and some sweet young talent as well.  I know of one in particular that's new and has gotten great reviews elsewhere.
And in other parts of the country (as I said again, dimwit) it's the only game in town and a valuable resource.  But I forget...you know all.  LMAO!

I personally think BP gets a bad rap.  In a former life I worked in the digital media and a site like BP with the number of users its gets would be a gold mine for advertisers.  Its super cost-efficient and user-friendly because you can drill down your search by neighborhood.  

I am neither of those things and many highly reviewed Ter ladies use back page so think before posting
