Why do I keep getting 400 Bad Request?

I haven't been able to post a review for days now.  I keep getting a 400 Bad Request after I press the submit button.  Any one else having issues?

And yes, I've sent in an email to customer service.

TER should have replied with their feedback as to why your reviews are being rejected.

It's not a rejection.  It's a problem with the submission of the form, i.e. it's like their code is broken or something.  I haven't heard anything back from the admins yet.  2 days and waiting.
