I just discovered that I can’t even access the reviews I’ve written. The reviews don’t exist, the Providers don’t exist; hell, my home town (major city) doesn’t even exist on TER anymore. I’m trying to think of one reason to ever come back, much less post a review to extend my VIP (oh, wait, I can’t do that). They must make some coin from other countries because I can’t see any reason for hobbyists in the good old US of A to renew their membership. Damn shame!
Click "My TER", then click "My Reviews." If you don't mind using your TER handle to make appointments, some ladies will accept a screen shot or print out of your own reviews as verification that you are legit, since ONLY the real author can access the reviews under current conditions on TER.
My reviews are still there, my favorites are still there (added one new just now), NYC is still here, and I can still write a review. My top 100 list is returning mostly US based providers who've migrated overseas, my white list referrals are still there, and the site still retains a significant degree of functionality through my VPN. Do you still have VIP? Please help us to understand why you are having issues that we aren't, so that maybe we can help you get back up to speed. Always happy to lend a helping hand to fellow hobbyists, especially given the current circumstances. Ladies, too, needless to say.
Yes, I can see my list of reviews and I can read the reviews I wrote but if I click on the Provider, she does not exist; she no longer has a profile. Of what value is that? I already had a copy of what I wrote.
My home town (major city) no longer exists when I search for it. For that matter, neither does NYC. I'm glad you can write a review for your own personal enjoyment but I don't see why anyone would pay for VIP for you to do so. My VPN is based in Canada but I don't see much functionality.
Exactly same results for me, down to the Canadian VPN. My reviews exist, but my providers don't and a search of Chicago has no providers.
As of now, TER is useless to U.S. customers. I don't blame the owners, if they live in the U.S., I don't think that just moving the server saves them from prosecution. And ditto for the people that do tech support, etc, for the site. I know I wouldn't want to do time in Club Fed.
Girls aren't moving to Toronto, that's BS they're just putting that so they can have access to their reviews again. Which is fine since this whole thing is ridiculous any way but I understand why TER wants to cover their ass. I mean, this is a website that was showing in great detail what services girls provide and how much they charge. They would be dumb not to take it down, for their protection.
In order for their reviews and profile to become visible once again. Some have done so, and the number is increasing as they adapt to the new reality. Until this site is returned to full functionality, which it may never, I'd suggest adapting. If this is not worth it to you, the option to move on is always there if that is what you think is the best course. The choice is always yours.
Re: I move to Toronto Hope Canada will get a sudden influx of beautiful ladies moving there
Not likely since need a work permit to stay more than I believe 60 days as a visitor. As a frequent flyer to Toronto for over a decade, agencies are the way to go - Huge selection, gals enjoy not having to market and great agency owners, mostly female ex-workers. But no agency would hire a gal that doesn't have a work permit which would be impossible to get related to sexwork.
