Ok so I have only seen two providers and the last one was 4-5 months ago. Used protection for everything. Yesterday I noticed slight pain just before starting to urinate in my peehole. It goes away once the flow starts up. It has been persistent everytime I go to the bathroom. That day I did JO before, so maybe some of the Aquaphor snuck in and caused some infection?? I am freaking out, have never seen a urologist before. I don't want to see a urologist unless I have to. Is there any chance this clears itself?  Any help is much appreciated

Clarification: The pain is brief right as the urine is leaving the urethra for a split second. Then once the flow gets going I am painfree

or other specialist as appropriate.

There is a difference between pain and a burning sensation. A burning sensation is common with an STD. Given your timeline, unlikely this is an STD but a more serious medical condition depending on your age. Enlarged prostate, prostate cancer, testicular cancer? are all possibilities. On the other hand, it could be nothing.

Nobody likes to visit a doc but you need to go soon particularly if the symptoms are persistent or getting worse. The sooner you are evaluated by a medical professional and diagnosed, the better your chances of a cure, treatment working and cheaper financially it will be

Im only 25, im scared. Im really hoping that somehow Aquaphor snuck in and caused a reaction. I should be ok if I wait a week, right? Thanks for the reply

Its all I had at the moment. I usually use KY Jelly. I reall really hope that's what happened. Otherwise this is a nightmare

Aquaphor isn't compatible with latex condoms.  It contains petrolatum (mineral oil) which can degrade latex and cause the condom to fail

...not DURING.  There's a big difference.  I've had that 3 or 4 times over the years and my dick hasn't fallen off yet.  I can't recall precisely but it may have lasted a day or two at most and then went away.

It may have something to do with the JO rather than the lube.  Without getting too scientific, while the semen and the urine are fired from the same gun, the ammo is supplied by different manufacturers.  This could account for the residual pain from firing the "big gun" when you're using the derringer now.

If it persists for a few days every time you urinate, then you should see a doctor.  And don't JO for a few days either.

Guys in the Baltimore area are getting them from street walkers. One guy I know told me on Friday he willlnever see a street walker again. He had a bbbj from one a few months ago and came down with UTI.

did you put lube on before the condom, if so why? what's the point.

The issue is BBBJ (Bare back blow job). When one gets a BBBJ they don't use a condom. That is how they are coming down with the UTI infections in the Baltimore area.

I never understood why people seek medical advice on this forum.  You need to stop freaking out and see your Dr.

As for STDs, at worst you have gonorrhea or chlamydia. These are both cured very quickly with simple anti biotics.  It's most likely you have a simple UTR which is common

...but to the degree you want some guy on the internet's take?  It seems really unlikely you have gotten an STD from a provider based on your timeframe.  4-5 months exceeds the incubation time for the STDs that a burning sensation indicates, and moreover, what you are describing is more like a brief pain, which, yes, sounds like irritation from your crazy lube choice.  I once did the same thing with tea-tree oil shampoo (STFU, it's kinda tingly and I figured... why not?) with the same result

I'm not a Doctor either nor do I role play one since age 5.  My recommendation is to use a standard size Phillips head screwdriver to ream out the opening.  If that doesn't provide rapid relief you may want to visit Jiffy Lube and get their recommendations-could be the ball joints that are often overlooked !  Just tryin' to help!  Keep us posted!

but I was thinking of Udo at the time, which may explain it.

Instead of marinating it in aquaphor. :-D

If you have or start pain in lower back could be prostate. I have had lot of trouble with prostate. I get checked every 6 months. My Dad died from prostate cancer, because he wouldn't go to Doctor. So GO TO DOCTOR TOMORROW!

Plus, it's a free finger up your ass.  I have a hot Asian woman doctor, so fuck y'all. I love getting an exam!

My Doctor checks PSA first, if it's high then I get the finger!

I think mine is just into violating me.  I dig it.  Big boner every time, she ignores it.

So strange, it only hurts for that split second before urine leaves the body. Im going on vacation for a week, I should be ok to wait until then, right? I really think the Aquaphor played a role in this and maybe it will heal itself.
