Provider wasted my time and money

So I contacted a provider a month ago. We confirmed the time the night before for outcall and I told her I will let her know hotel tomorrow. The next day I emailed her the address. She replied that she thought we haven’t confirmed yet and she can’t find babysitter anymore …. Fine!

Contacted her early this week and asked if she has time for today. She said yes. Emailed her yesterday to confirm if she can make it and gave her the address(hotel). She asked a photo ID(I contacted her thru p411 originally) and 100 deposit because it’s too far.  
 
She has 8+ rating on TER

Unless it is a very unique name just having a name is hardly something that should stop him from naming her. If she is on TER and thinks the platform is of value to her business her trying to out him would get whatever reputation she has here both destroyed in the discussion boards and removed from reviews. Plus result in her needing to recreate a new brand name for working and new images so people cannot link the new brand to the old one.

 
Of course if he gave up something like an address or his employer the risk increase exponentially.

While I agree, for many mongers the prospect of her going down in flames

is still not worth him and his life being outed....that is a big problem with people naming names publicly who have their info held hostage by an escort.  

 
Even further proof that the hobby is very assymetrical in terms of power held.

That’s the reason that I have p411 account. Although I only have 10 Ok, but I don’t need to send them my real name or pic of my ID. I just don’t get why some providers ask for ID even after P411.

So does that mean you don't need to worry about her knowing anything about you or not. If not then why the lack of details -- but then if that is the case just how was your money wasted? I could understand that the back and forth and change in terms might not be where you want to go but is that really worth making a big deal about? Seems like that would be more of a "just move on" situation.

Really more of a "just move on" case rather than something to really see as a problem. I get that it's a disappointment for initial coordination can at times be a bit less than optimal.

 
This is why a lot of guys will recommend having some go to agency or some other back-up plan so you don't find your self ready to pop but nowhere to pop.

Exactly.

I've contacted women on P411 and been asked for additional info. P411 says outright that they encourage women to do whatever additional screening they need to feel comfortable. While most P411 providers I've seen are good with just my okays, there is certainly no rule stating that's all you need.

Anytime I reach out to a lady on P411 for initial contact I ALWAYS ask (after I introduce myself) if she has any additional screening requirements or is P411 enough. It's a good habit to get into to avoid this happening again.

You said you emailed her. Well, are you sure that she remembered you were with P411? I've had women that I have contacted there initially and then switched to email only to have them forget I came from P411. Once I reminded them of who I was I was good.

The bottom line is yes, you wasted some time but it could have been worse. I've had more of my time wasted by one or two providers. It happens.

Move on

Your additional comments say you didn't actually lose any money.  Just an unreliable provider. That's not exactly uncommon in the biz.  Best to just move on.

Out here

Against the advice of many, I outted a provider that burned my and saved guys time money and effort with her. I lead a professional life and don’t fear much. Not sure the reluctance to just put it out there. You got burned and now she will burn the next guy. Man up.

This is a case where they both wasted each other’s time. She has an 8+ rating on TER and this was a YMMV case of things just not working out.

I’m just the unlucky guy??

So I contacted a girl that I met from SA before. She supposed to show up last night at 10pm but didn’t. She said she is going to make it up in the morning and texted me that she is not feeling well this morning. Made an incall appointment with a provider. I showed up in an apt complex 10 mins early, but guest parking area is full. Texted provider if there is additional parking spot. She replied”no babe”. I drove around and didn’t see any public parking. Texted provider again, no reply for 15 mins. I drove away and 10 mins later, she texted “did you end up leaving”. WTF

A monger said the provider wasted his time and money. I asked him to call her out so others are aware that they can also waste time with her.  

 
Chris, what the hell does provider having a raring of 8 have to do with anything? Who gives a shit what her rating is? It could be a two or ten. Doesn't matter. She could be miss universe or she can be a local SW. The rating doesn't give money or time back.  

 
The main thing is she wasted a monger time so I asked him why not put her name out her so other mongers are aware the same could happen to them and a heads-up.  
Is that not clear?

 
If a provider feels like a monger wasted her time, she likewise could create a similar topic and mention his p411 profile. This thread s about HIS wasted time and potential wasted time of other mongers.

 
Or is respect for mongers time and money a foreign concept to you?

There was another thread by a provider I think about having been hit with a series of bad event for the start of the year. Maybe just a case of bad luck coming in groups (isn't there some old saying about "comes in threes"). So maybe you're just getting that out of the way and have a much better year to look forward to later.

 
And, probably doesn't help, but I've also had that "NO parking available anywhere" problem once too.

 
Seems like all these are with independent so perhaps you might do better with agencies, if there is a good one in your area. I know when I could not find a parking space within a mile of the location for 20 I was on the phone with that booker. Ultimately we decided it was too late to make this work and she offered me the first appoint of the next day. I was able to take that. Booker said she would tell the lady what happened and to give me some extra nice treatment. It was one of the better sessions I've had.

 
Then again, a lot of guys do just fine with independents and perhaps they are seeing some things in the ads that warn them away or give them more confidence that the provider is well organized and able to run the business as a business and not just some side gig. That might be a better thread for you -- but you're in the best position to decide what you need there.

ID = Never

Been in the hobby almost eight years.  Recently, more people request seeing and a copy of your ID.  DO NOT DO IT.  Pass.  Find another person.  

I get it.  You see an attractive woman and hormones are nuts.  Pretty face, perfect body, skin, hair, etc.  You want to be with her.  It's just an ID right?  Here is the issue.  An official ID with your address on it can easily destroy you and your entire life.  It's not hard for a provider to take a photo of your ID when your clothes are in the bathroom and she's freshening up or cleaning afterward.  Imagine hearing a few months later "I'm going to stop by your house and tell your family/wife you were with me at this hotel and show them the photo of your ID with me...unless you send me $500 a month for the next five years."  If you're not married - great.  But, how many men are?  

Now, I am NOT stating all or even many providers would do this.  But, ALL IT TAKES IS ONE to do it to everyone she's seen.  The blackmail would go on forever and you're stuck.  Worse, what if it's not about blackmail and just out of spite?  Someone may do it just to destroy the world (as many people do these days).

Again, almost eight years in this hobby I have never given out personal information.  It's 100% separate.  I have seen more than 20 different ladies and currently use four as references.  But, in the last three years a few ladies have required ID.  I kindly pass and state why, all the while expressing my understanding of their need for assurance.  I need to repeat that.  I have no issue with someone requiring ID.  But, I choose not to go that route and so far everyone has been okay with it.  It's a major risk.

In the end, it's not worth it (for me).  There are many beautiful and attractive ladies who do not require ID.  Be careful.

Asking for ID

I've never been asked for my ID, so I'm not sure how I would feel about it. But no way would I give it to an independent. While I'm sure many are fine people, none are pillars of the community.

I'd be interested to hear their reply, if you said, "Sure, you first".

Only time my ID shown

The only time I've shown my ID to a well-known gal was literally at our first meeting.  She literally glanced at it, I guess, to ensure that my name was matcihng up with the one who was corresponding with her/handler.  

Unless she has the ultimate recall-memory, there was practically no way she could remember anything from my license.  

I get it... especially if you're a first timer with the gal.  
We "both" have something to lose if things go south, but remember:  the guy is the one who wants to see her, not the other way around.  She calls the shots.  

Don't like it?  Move on......  I'm still seeing her, whenever I can..... but so popular now, tough to get an appt that matches my timeframe...!

Pic an D/L ID too much!!!!

Got sideways with a provider that wanted my pic with me holding my drivers license.
Bit too much for me to give that info to a stranger.  Have 411 w/46 OKs and she knew some
of the gals.
