As for Lisa she is one of the hottest Miss TER in recent times. As for your stats even in Fla. compare the posts to adds on the two boards. Do the same in other cities and posts are add boards not the regionals. Have not seen her and no real complaint on the choice other then to me “engaging “ means just that not posting pictures and adds. Will agree those engaging are few and far between but definitely see a couple others out there more deserving using the criteria as posted by admin.

The picking pool may be shrinking for providers who engage on the boards, but it's not empty. Still no answer to what this lady did to leapfrog over all of the others who are here regularly. If board participation not a requirement, then it should be, and then more ladies would be on the boards.
I’ve always wanted to be Ms TER, but I don’t see how one is chosen. I participate & post on the photo on board. I try to be an active member. I pay for VIP. I’ve been a member for a longtime. I used to attend M&G parties back in the day.
I was making. There are many ladies who engage with the members on the discussion boards who have not been honored as Ms. TER yet. There are even several ladies who got VPN and continued to post on the discussion boards while TER was dark for 20 months in the US. Their presence was welcome and helped a small group of members keep the site alive until TER came back online in the US. It was always available through VPN and there were virtually no trolls during that time. To my knowledge, none of those ladies have been Ms. TER yet. Some members here, like BigP, who does not really see providers anymore, doesn't get it. He just likes to argue about anything small and petty.
I would think if anyone should be a Miss TER it would be QueenBia. She deserves it.

I have attempted in the past to schedule via email w Lisa, but our schedules never seemed to match. In essence, it all amounted to a waste of time for her. Nevertheless, Lisa has always corresponded promptly and graciously. I feel this says a lot about her and perhaps enhances her ratings and status.
Well, I had an appointment with Lisa, a confirmed appointment at a particular location in the DC area (Tyson's).
As instructed, the day before I texted her to confirm and get the hotel info. She responded with a hotel that was not where I had scheduled the appointment - it was in downtown DC. I thought we had a language barrier so I reached out to her assistant by email and the assistant confirmed that Tyson's was the correct location.
So I reached out to Lisa by text again and reminded her that she had an appointment with me in Tyson's the next day and NOT downtown DC. She said she had a "late job" and that required her to stay late in DC but she "promised" that she would check into the Tyson's hotel "tonight" and would see me in the morning.
I texted her in the morning about 30 minutes before I needed to leave my house and she told me she had never left DC and would not be in Tyson's. WTF??
How TF does an assistant not know what's going on with hotels and how does a provider just blow off a scheduled appointment AND an entire location?
I politely emailed the assistant and asked for an explanation so I could be assured that it wouldn't happen again. NO ANSWER.
On Lisa's next trip to the area I did not hear from her, but the following trip she texted me all sweet and nice and wanted to know if I'd like to see her. I told her that after the first time I couldn't take a chance. Only then did she offer me a discount. I told her that I had limited opportunities to see providers and I considered her too unreliable to waste my time on. I'll never attempt to see her again. I have no use for women like that. What a huge waste of time.
Yeah she did something similar to me. Had scheduled to meet her as I was visiting Miami. A couple of days before she gave me the address of an apartment not too far from the city. The day before I reached out to confirm and she wanted to see if she could come to me. I made some stuff happen and got back in touch with her and advised ok. Then she reached out to me later in the day saying that she was able to secure another place downtown and confirmed our appointment the next morning. She gave me the new address and also what she claims to be her personal cell. The morning of the appointment I send her a text to let her know I was on my way. I get to the building and texted I was downstairs. Nothing! I sent a couple of more texts to both numbers and called and finally gave up after an hour. No response or anything since and that was a week ago.
I was wondering if somebody got a hold of her phone and gave me a fake personal number. So I reach out to her assistant via email the next day. Gave her the story and she advised she would reach out to Lisa and let me know what happened. Nothing since then!
Wasted a couple of hours of my time and Uber money. Worse thing is there was another provider in the area I met with before who was great but been wanting to meet Lisa for some time. Oh well.
I have limited opportunities to visit ladies, and Lisa wasted my time and an opportunity that I could have used to see someone else.
Based on what I read about her I would have seen her every time she visited. Now I would never see her. I will not reward that type of behavior. I'm sure she's too busy to care though.
None of us really know the requirements or criteria admin uses to pick a lady to be named MS TER.
We all guess and speculate as to how a lady is chosen to be MS TER but admin, to the best of my recollection, has never posted the process of choosing MS TER.
One gal told me that it had a lot of requirements (this was a several years ago), and she dropped the attempt part way through. You apparently have to apply and disclose a lot, and she didn't want to do that. She doesn't provide that much, and she has enough business as it is, without being Ms. TER.
I agree that consistency in standards seems to be dropping.
