I have had a few requests from clients to update their "white list" here on TER, but not very often anymore. Is this option still being utilized? Why or why not?
The ladies here sort of revolted from a number of things that used to be the norm. Demanding deposits, asking for RW info, switching to twitter and no longer relying on verification sites and white lists as the only sources of verification were just a few. There were a number of factors that caused this but I think Sesta/Fosta was probably the main reason when many sites shut down or temporarily went dark (like TER). Covid didnt help either.
...to WL the client who takes the time to write an honest review. A provider or agency might use the WL so it doesn't hurt to have a WL or two.
...for an honest review. According to TER, a white list means a provider has personally vouched for you. If a provider whitelists a guy simply because he gave her a good review, he may turn out to be a creep and would make the provider not look good.
but since then almost all the (non-UTR) providers I’ve seen are on P411, so I’ve utilized their OK system.
I don’t know how trustworthy white lists are. I was given some white lists without asking for them, and I know of cases where some guys got white lists but were abusive to those providers, and the white lists stayed up—maybe the providers were afraid to delete them?
Ladies have hit the scene and most don't know about it, or now couldn't give a shit. I miss it, but I know it won't be as it once was.
At one time, with my TER Whitelist and P411 "Okays" I could get through any door. Now, because I'm not as rambunctious as before I canceled by P411 and my Whitelist are now accent history. I have to roll my sleeves up now to meet someone. but its cool.
But I found the Whitelist to be very helpful to me. It help me weed out the reviews of non-serious players. In conjunction with other factors, I always found it suspicious for a guy who had alot of reviews, but no whitelist. And it help solidify my thoughts on anyone I wanted to see. If she whitelisted a guy who I happen to know and sometimes follow based on a solid review history, then I know she'd be OK.
But those were the days...::sigh::
Those were the days! Another factor in the demise of the whitelist is the fact that on the west coast a high percentage of the reviews are from KGirls and KAgencies and they aren’t allowed to give whitelists. When I started seeing KGirls I asked the girls and their agents about adding to my list and was told that they couldn’t. Maybe it’s because the girls and agencies aren’t TER members or VIPs.
With it's sometimes questionable reviews has always had me scratching my head...That's a unique group over there.
Now watch this thread go haywire...lol
Not just the K Girls
We have a large number of “massage upgrade” agency providers here in Minneapolis and will not do whitelists as the providers from what I have been told do not have control of their adds and TER profiles.
Also is hard to know who has whitelists as most clients have them turned off .
Then there are those that do not want providers to know their TER handle.
Agencies and specifically kgirl agencies usually don't manage their girls profiles. Kgirls in particular often move, rebrand and so forth. At least in the bay area, korgs won't take TER handles or white list as a reference, so there's no benefit in someone divulging their ter handle.
The TER whitelist is, from what I've seen, good for established providers who have a long internet presence and who manage their own profiles.
...99% of K-girls never claim their profiles so they aren't able to give white lists anyway. K-orgs and K-girls don't give a shit about TER...unless you give them a bad review.
I just either never thought to ask or wasn't comfortable asking to be "white listed". It seems like that should be more of a natural, 'organic' kind of thing. But, that's just me. ![]()
are learning that white-listing means a provider knows your TER username, and if you write honest reviews, and the provider doesn't like them, you get blowback that can take the form of anything between drama and blacklisting. I learned this from reviewing on another site before I started reviewing here, so from day one here, I have never given my TER username to a provider in order to secure a date or a whitelisting. I think more reviewers are learning that any boost they might get from a white-listing is off-set by the drama they have to put up with regarding reviews that are anything but a 10-9.
The more I read your posts on here the more you sound like a very odd little person. Maybe go for that walk outside I advised and touch some grass?
who's view of the business if from a limited, albeit RURAL, perspective. You should allow for the possibility that providers often behave differently in other parts of the country or the world. Wausau, Wisconsin is not exactly ground-zero for the P4P biz, so it stands to reason your perspective on the business may be both limited and skewed towards a smaller-town vibe. BTW, I touch plenty of grass every week when I play 18 holes . . . . that's 18 holes of golf, not providers. Lol
Your attempts at insults are so whimsical and almost child like, but I do find them thoroughly entertaining. Keep it up!!!
who flung the first insult, but yours are highly personal, where mine are just pointing that that your frame a reference is from living and working in a rural area and may be misplaced or skewed accordingly. It wasn't about YOU, and you don't really want me to go there because I've seen your photos. The interesting thing is, you make no attempt to claim any of what I said it false. You just fall back on another personal insult. Who does that make childlike?
I can actually imagine you pacing and fuming as you contemplate your next comeback to me. You are truly going above and beyond to keep me entertained. Well done!
I find your comments interesting. I use TER to read reviews on companions I'm interested in meeting (and sometimes just for the erotic stories
) and I've never given any thought as to whether or not the *companion* looked at anything here, on TER. In fact, I was little embarrassed when I learned companion I've known for a while actually read my reviews! lol
I think your point is worth considering; it's just nothing I've ever considered, myself.
Trust me, we read everything on TER as well as many of the other review/posting boards. It really gives the reader a wider depth of the person in question. It is not necessarily if a client writes a bad review (although if they are always negative that is a red flag) but if they are being honest and give genuine issues with the visit vs. just being an entitled round head. As to the board posting unfortunately TER has become as of late a negative cesspool with degrading comments about providers/new clients rather than the supportive and educational environment it was intended for with this industry. That is actually why so many providers have asked to have their profiles removed and do not want reviews posted on here because of the negativity. Hopefully this can change and the board comments will not all be a circle jerk sausage fest that they have become.
In fact, it's been that way for YEARS. I mean, really, where have you been? Many people have complained well before I arrived here 13 years ago. Not to mention it's hardly new that providers have complained about the reviews.
I find your comments inaccurate and distorted. You really should know better, which makes me wonder why you posted something that is obviously untrue to anyone who's been here longer than a minute.
de-listed themselves BECAUSE of the board posts. I can't think of one. Usually, they voluntarily de-list because they can't keep up with their bad reviews. De-listing is the coward's way out. If they improved their service, the reviews would be better. Problem solved. I don't know why that is such a tough fix for some ladies. There are thousands of providers here with good reviews, so obviously, it is within the purview of each individual provider to improve their service. De-listing just makes them look lazy, IMO.
That makes a lot of sense. That actually explains something that happened to me where I was contacted by someone and she reached out to me because she read my reviews. I didn't know why she chose mine to read but what you wrote sheds some light onto what she might have been doing. ![]()
I have never used it as a form of verification. I will whitelist a gentlemen after 1 visit. You used to be able to whitelist other providers as well. I have several providers on my referral list. I do not use okays on p411 as verification for my safety either these are tools. I only utilize personal references as a form of verification from a trusted provider I know, like my twin sister Goddess Jezebel.
Some providers still use them. I have messaged a few providers from TER and asked what all they need for verification and they have gotten back to me and said I was good because they looked at my TER-WL. Others will have you believe that WL is not enough. I personally have not asked for any of my WL references, but it's always nice to see them when they pop up. TBH when TER took it's break other forms of research and verification took over, and folks relied less and less on TER to be the middle man and it just never reverted back.
and two of them are from women I've never even seen. That's how relevant White Lists are.
...only one is someone you've never seen.
It's easy to find your White Lists. They're at the end of your list of reviews.
I did find a list called My WhiteList Referrals. It does, in fact, show two I haven't reviewed; Daire and Cassie Merlot. I've never seen or reviewed either of them.
That is, your white lists from providers who still have a TER profile—if you have “show white lists” enabled in your profile. If you look at My Referrals in My TER, you’ll see ALL of your white lists, including those from providers who no longer have a TER profile.
