If that's the case I want to know who the hell registered and paid the US Patent & Trademark offce to register my name. I sure did not. I'm quite sure that TER doesn't register every single name created on this board. Ergo, why the mark after our names? For the life of me I couldn't find the symbol on my keyboard!! Where the hell are my glasses????

If you have a PC it's here:
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Character Map
Then you click on it in the character map for the font you are using, it will give you the alt+# to use to make it show up. All kinds of things are in there.

But I have a pretty good hunch that TER owns your handle in fact all of our handles, as they appear on this site.  This might be a question for staff if you really want to know who holds the rights to what.
