And how come having a legal, signed, doctors' prescription for Marijuana is valueless if being drug tested for a job?
You can walk around like a zombie 24/7, physically addicted, while your liver/kidneys are being turned into swiss cheese and your thoughts of suicide have increased 50% thanks to Phizer, Amgen, and the rest of Big Pharma. But a proven, non-addictive, natural pain killer, glaucoma reducer, nausea suppressant, and non narcotic general sedative that grows wild in 50 states will instantly deny any applicant any job.

IMO humans do not deserve the power of "reason"; because all we do is go against it, convolute it, or corrupt it.

WE can talk about providers. In most states what we do is illegal.  But mention drugs and your review gets turned down do to alleged illegal activity.  Every review I have ever read has alleged Illegal activity.  Now if we start posting youtube videos of our visits maybe it will not be alleged.  I think 1 sphincter is too tight.  just my .02.

That fictional tag/disclaimer you see on the home page of the website, only protects your review of your time, but nothing ELSE that may be illegal such as drugs, having minors around, etc. When you mention drugs in your review, you put an added risk on you, the provider, and on TER. They don't need more bs to have to deal with, and I would imagine neither do you?

If you want to warn other guys about a provider doing drugs, do so via PM or Email. It does not belong in a review.

You also overlook the fact that prostitution is only a misdemeanor, and drug possession is a FELONY! By mentioning drug use, you are putting a big fat target on the provider. I would never want someone busted because of what I said in a review..that's just wrong.

If she is going drugs, word will get around and eventually she will get into trouble BUT do you really want a provider who has your phone number and email to get busted? If she is that reckless, just how detail oriented do you think she is going to be with your screening info? Food for thought...

if mentioning SEX for MONEY can be protected by 1st Amendment, why can't "She used METH" can be protected by 1st Amendment?

Still not a lawyer..

the actual law. I am sure the disclaimer does not really change anything in the U.S. but it is more about what the board chooses to allow. Again, they are catering to misdemeanors, not felonies It attracts more heat from LE when they know that Sally might have drugs at her incall. Now, they have more of a reason to target her, knowing she is doing drugs. This is elementary really. Most busts are really trying to find pimps, drugs, and those with outstanding warrants. It is rare that all they want is ONE bust for prostitution.

as to what is good for their brand and what is not....

I guess they want to brand themselves strictly as a "fuck-for-pay" site...

Yep, because think about it. TER is a site that allows us to host our SEXUAL fantasies in the realm of prostitution. They don't allow minors to be reviewed or drug use. ONLY sexual fantasies between CONSENTING ADULTS.

regarding your right to free speech.  I bet LE would love to see us mention drugs, it gives them more ammo for their anti prositution rants.

The First Amendment does not restrict what a private individual may or may not allow on their own website, TV, radio, newspaper, erc.

I bet that there are pro-drug use sites that ban any mention of pay for play, and with good purpose too.

I tend to review newer providers.  1 was just a little not there when I showed up , different from the conversation on the phone 1 hour before.  The Other 1 I would not have noticed if she was not playing with herself while I was daty but the odor on her fingers was telling. In neither case was it a major point of the post just a mention so if things like that bother you you would have the info to choose elsewhere.

Its TER's policy. Nothing we can do about it. I would love to read about the girls who do drugs that way I can avoid them. I know I don't do drugs and would not permit anyone doing it in front of me. I will just put on my shoes and leave...with or without clothes, if I see any illegal drugs.

A few years back, you could not even mention BBFS. This has since changed. Back until 2010, if you would post the review that didn't explicitly said that condom was used during intercourse, TER would add that part. I have plenty of reviews in which (covered) was added by TER - although I have always used condom, but sometimes failed to indicate it in the review.

You just have to be smart about it. You can't just come out and say..."this girl was snorting a rail off my ass", but you can say something like..."the dark circles around her eyes, and twitchy behavior made me uneasy. Cast your own assumptions and use caution."

I sent you a PM with one I did.

It's gonna be prostitution.  That doesn't mean that all illegal activities are open for discussion.

Using your logic, we should be able to talk about rape, torture, incest, and more than a few other illegal activities.

It's stupid logic.

and affecting the experience then it could only benefit the community..

Just my opinion..

The whole sense of "obligation" is self-regulated by the fact that there is VIP access, and that you have to contribute or pay for it.  I pay for mine, and so I get to see reviews and contributions by others.  I also contribute...plenty.  And I pay for VIP.

So why should I feel obligated to a "community"?  My information is paid for with hard-earned, hard after-tax dollars (NYC has a city income tax, as well as a state and federal income tax).  I'm not sure why I should feel any obligation to anyone else who is seeking information.

Take what I have to offer, and be thankful for it.  Or fuck off.

That's an aside to the main topic.  I do agree with you that anything relevant to the session should be discussed, but if I told you every provider that was 420-friendly that I've seen, that is irrelevant information, unless she decides to make it a part of every single session.

When we want to warn about drug use. I think we are talking about needles, straws, and pipes. And the possible implication of the use of those to our safety.

Unless its really obvious, for me, I prefer to back channel it...but there was one case where it was so blatant, I had to say something. If someone still chooses to go there after the info is out...then fuck em.

There is a very well-known provider in southern California who at the same time I saw her was a massive meth addict.  I mean, massive.  She used to have her dealer come over in the middle of the night, and I would need to sit in the next room while she did her business (to this day, I'm pretty sure she was banging him in addition to paying him for the drugs).  She used to never leave her place, and went to sleep at 5 am and woke up at 2 pm.

I don't think I even reviewed her under my real TER ID, but I'm not sure what my upside is to put that in a review vs. leaving it out and backchanneling it.

Hi,

There was a lady who went behind an agency's back & did drugs while providing!! She was busted, charged w/ a felony, never called the agency! Clients who had already  booked w/ her after she was busted , that day, were flipped, for more lenient charges against herself!! I applaud TER for their stance on this issue!! I don't need a felony charge to be following me around!!

it's not OUR board, it is TER's. They can do what they want and don't have to explain shit to us, but for most of us it is obvious why drug use is beyond stupid to go around broadcasting!

but drunk driving is crime in most states. Doesn’t seem to stop drunk driving, does it?
