I did have a civie girl friend once who was quite good at judo.  She was just 5' 4" and 90 pounds, but she could lift me and flip me over her head, and I had quite a jolly fun time with her doing that.

Not so much the amazon type. Having worked around a few competitive body builders and weight lifters I appreciate that it takes more work for a woman to reach a balance between femininity and competitive shape. but when they do, WOW. The grace and power of strength has an effect on me, both here and IRL.

not bashing but I would like to see what she looks like between competitions. That 4 or 5 pounds would make her that much hotter. Just enough to softer the edges without hiding the definition. My friends told me that their comp. weight was not healthy or maintainable.

She looks to me like she is post comp. Figure and competitors don;t usually get that really ripped vieny look that bodybuilders do or even physique girls do. She possibly is between comps or even 6 to 8 weeks out. Who knows if that image has been "shopped" or not.  

I love that look myself.

There is a jump that is a triple or double lutz in figure skating. I seriously need to get my eyes checked.

No doubt. I respect the dedication and hard work it takes to get where she is. Most don't realize that the only purpose of juice is to allow you to WORK HARDER and LONGER, not to work less. And the diet required is outrageous! Apparently you have some knowledge in this area. Curious.

I have been in gyms and seen it all. Some nasty stuff and some amazing stuff that has been achieved with drugs. To each his or her own. Same as here, some people are into crazy shit and others are into mild shit, no judgement just do whatever you feel is right for for you.

I love to eat, thus can have some sympathy for folks who don't know how to control that part of their lives - as I can relate to the love of food.  Of course, it's about more than food though, people are just fundamentally unhappy and try to fill that hole with different things.  Fuck, sorry, what am I doing talking like this on a P4P site? I've had an unrequited love affair with Jamie for many years!  Perfect body, adorable face, and from what I can tell a genuinely nice person.  Fit and toned, but not TOO muscular.  I favor the fitness model type, like Jamie, over a hardcore bodybuilder.
