One time I went to the dentist . . . .

and he said he needed to fill a cavity, so he asked me if I want some anesthesia so I wouldn't feel the drilling.  I said no, I could handle it.  Then he gave me a Viagra, and said, "At least take this."  I asked if that would help ease the pain.  He said, "No, but when I start drilling, it will give you something to hold onto."
