We all know everyone has certain personality traits that come across on the boards in the wrong way...I am a prime example. There are many guys here that come across as the biggest jerks, but in person you about die to find out they are the sweetest ones. There are also those who come across as sweet, and are total nut jobs.

If you had to pick a celebrity that would match who you really are most of the time, who would it be? It can be a certain role they play, or how they are in general.

Mine would be no doubt Jenny Mcarthy. She seems harsh, but if you would see her face and hear her voice as she says things, you would know it's all brutal humor and she is laughing all the while.

I would say my real personality is most like

Liz Lemon on 30 rock lol
Am a boss at work, and I kick butt. In my  personal life? That’s another story. I am  obsessed with all things “Star Wars” and like her use phrasing that could be offensive to just about everyone and everything in the world. lol PLUS
I love MMORPGS, Gaming, still play DnD, love Fantasy, Sci-Fi Gaming conventions, Ren Fairs... lol

I think one of the goals of life is to find out who you really are, and learn to be really comfortable being that person.

But many people have unrealistically negative beliefs about themselves, because their attempts to find out who they really are have not included challenging their automatic thoughts and assumptions.  Those automatic thoughts and assumptions, which pop into their head and remain unchallenged, are not really supported by the evidence.

What is more important than the persona you project on an internet discussion board is the person you believe yourself to be.

I don't have a celebrity to name, but I am a thinking person who has had two great passions:  first, leading climbs, and second, defending human rights.

Of course your invited...  I may host a meet and greet!
Only tall boys, and beef jerky on the menu though. :(

Seriously though,
Its impossible to live in NYC, and not have a roommate.
It sucks the big dick, and definitely fucks up civie relationships.
I would rather have a bigger apt with a roommate, and live in my own garbage than have a shiity roach infested hole that was super clean, and had a chick in there bitching at me all the time.

Also, I should be getting hit harder for that gay ass post. Damn it sucks., Kinda gay too.

Alfie? or Alfred the Butler in the Bale Batman movies? ... of course he did a few in-between.

There used to be a running joke that Caine was in every movie in the 1980s, but I think he did even more after 2000... he was the psychiatrist in Dressed to Kill with Angie Dickenson... he was the "king of the remake", playing the Stallone role in the original "Get Carter", then playing the bad guy in the Stallone remake. He did the same thing with "Sleuth", playing the young stud against Lawrence Olivier in the original, then playing the older man against Jude Law in the remake. He also played the Marky mark role in the original "Italian Job", although why they didn't cast him in the remake instead of Donald Sutherland is beyond me.

Then he just did about a hundred more, a few you might have heard of include The Ipcress File, Battle of Britain, Deathtrap, Educating Rita, Blame it on Rio, Hannah and her Sisters, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Cider House Rules, Miss Congeniality, or Secondhand Lions.

For myself, when I was younger maybe a larger version of Christian Slater; nowadays a smaller version of Brian Denehy (I know London, you don't know him. Chris Farley's dad in "Tommy Boy?) But personality-wise, I'm Robert Parker's "Spenser for Hire" all the way (the book version more than the Robert Uhric tv guy).
