Aliases probably make sense here... And you may find responses to not be appropriate...

Scenario:
Some bozo posts a query that sounds like a creep at best or LE at worst, and some helpful dufus hobbyist recommends you.

What do you do? Obviously you can only lay low for so long. Do you stick with established clients or those with plenty of reviews - which could be bogus unless verified.

Just curious.

It's simple, hobbyist makes an inquiry, provider screens hobbyist, hobbyist fails screening, provider says bye bye to hobbyist. (if she says anything at all. lol)

I don't see anything new about this, sounds like a typical day for a provider. Virtually all sensible providers screen, I wouldn't question their ability to blow off a hobbyist that doesn't check out.

and that is why it is safer for providers to screen well, and for hobbyists to visit providers who screen well.

But I will note that real name and employment verification are useless in screening against LE. They are quite able to crank out fake IDs and have plenty of desk jockeys to throw up a website and man a phone.

Solid creds in hobbyworld are the only way to go - extensive references - direct and / or through verification sites, taken perhaps with review histories here and elsewhere...

I hear tell you come with a note from your Mom pinned to your shirt and the donation...good enough for me... ;)

This is something a real provider deals with everyday. I think must legit and real providers serious about her life and how she makes a living, Screens each client the same. Follows her gut, And declines apts to her intuition.

Sadly, LE is always sniffing around these days....mrfisher does make a fair point about showing cards on any forum. No provider with any amount of common sense is going to tell people what she does to avoid hassle publicly.

LE reads the boards, they have always been on the boards,  and are more so now in light of recent media exposure to human trafficking, and the industry as a whole.

I've seen alias's, and handles with no reviews post on my local board inquiring about providers or AMP's in a specific area, and some bozo will offer up too much information, which is any information at all. I often wonder what the ladies, who's names are mentioned, do. Good question!

are JUST none of your business. Stop trying to analize it all.
Live the fantasy enjoy the encounters and go home happy.

Whats up with everyone wanting to shatter this illusion and know *our business*
No need for you to know, who we see
how many clients a day we play with
how we screen
all this stuff has nothing to do with you.

Judge her screening methods on how she screens you.
Never mind what she does for anyone else.

Its like asking a magician to show you how the trick or illusion works. He's not going to, that shatters the illusion.
Well this is quite like that. Your illusion, your fantasy is between the time you walk in the door and when you leave.  Anything before or after that...well that me off the clock. what I do then and for what reasons and with whom is not for you to concern yourself.

Just live thr fantasy!

I really like her response. I totally get where you guys are coming from, you're mainly just curious.

But to add another note on the screening: You probably have no idea about have the stuff she's doing on her end. Reverse phone lookups, checking blacklists, background checks, etc.
I would not judge a lady on how she 'appears' to be screening you. I'd judge on personality and how she comes across in her ad/website as a major indicator of how your experience is going to be. It's hard to do that with girls who strictly do BP ads, but you can tell whether a lot of effort was put into a site, or if it's a crappy mess of weird font and colors.

And honestly, do you really want to know whether you're the third person she's seen this week, or the thirteenth today? It's much better to think that she's been lounging around in her kimono, already perfectly coiffed- just waiting on edge for your call.
You don't need to know she slept in till noon, had six appointments already and is really just dying for a break so she can go pick up cat litter and condoms at the corner store and go vent to her provider friend about the weird new guy she had today that took forever to come, sweated all over her and barely gave her a hug as he left, let alone a tip.

A while back I called a provider to setup an appointment. I gave her my first name, phone number and email address. That's all. Nothing more. I sent her a followup email.

In less than an hour I got an email from another lady I see that contained information from the followup email I had sent the other provider!

This shows that with just that little bit of information, she was able to ascertain a great deal about me -- including at least one other provider I had seen and she checked with her for a reference even though I hadn't offered one.

Meanwhile, because I live in a small town and know the tax lady personally; I got a call from the tax lady informing me that miss so-and-so had called checking the valuation of my property.

So -- from first name, hobby phone and hobby email -- she knew my full name, who I had seen, where I lived and a bunch more. (And the lady she knew about was NOT reviewed anywhere either!)

She asked if I was currently in CA because in back-tracing my email; she failed to realize I use a proxy.

Starting to get the picture?

Just because they don't SEEM to screen much doesn't mean they aren't doing a lot in the background.
