It depends on her ethnicity and major language. I spell using Cyrillic for my eastern European hostesses, Korean for my K-girls but I don't know enough Japanese, Chinese, Hebrew or Arabic for the other ladies I visit so I have to spell things out using the English alphabet in romaji, pinyin and plain old transliterations.
