Guessing OP copied the poll from Twitter based on format and that means the 4th option and 55% of votes was an option for “Results”. Twitter doesn’t have a show results default so people often throw in a 4th vote for it. Always skews the percentages.

I take session notes after each appointment so that I can cater to your needs better next time we meet. The notes are kept in safeoffice, which is a secure site. I write down things I would like to know before i see you again. That's how i remember to ask how your goldendoodle is doing after his sprained foot or that you would love it if i brought a pinot noir for us to share. And yes, I do take notes about your performance. Not to judge you but to be prepared. For instance, i am on my way to meet a guy tonight and my notes say that he loves to makeout most of the session with his nipples sucked very hard. Having this in my notes helps me know how to cater the appointment to what he likes. I also note if he is one and done or if we need to fit several rounds in the hour. Knowing ahead of time helps me pace the action.
This "review" information would be no good for doxing. It doesn't tell any information that could dox you.

I do use the blacklist feature but my notes are not on there. My notes are with the contact for my eyes only. If you use me as a reference then I share my notes with the lady who requests the reference.

I’m glad that providers are reviewing their clients. This explains why I get so many solicitations from those I have never met. I’m effectively getting highly recommended.
