I used to post on this board under the name of Rainy Night. A couple of months ago, I started getting error messages when I tried to sign in. Clicking on the lost-password link was futile, and I never got the promised e-mail.

Fortunately, as an AOL member, I have more than one email address. So I just registed under another email address as Yellow Feather.

But why should I have to do this, and why wouldn't technical support answer my emails?
