What do you get from a VIP companion who charges $2000/hour that's different from a GFE who charges $350/hour?

I know that reads like a joke, but I'm actually  wondering what the difference is.

So, a VIP thinks she's beautiful, that she's a diva, that she's worth more money. It's her right to decide what she's worth. And sometimes making yourself exclusive actually creates some interest.

However -

I've had a really great time with a few CL ladies at $200 or less.

So it's just a matter of your priorities.

If you think she's a stunner and you want to pay the premium for her company go for it

But she does not have any equipment or skill that is not available at 1/5th or less of her asking price.....

It is exactly like purchasing a Bently Car, or a $10,000 watch or whatever.  A very nice $40,000 car will get you there in pretty much the same time and style as a Bently, and a Timex quartz watch tells time better than a Rolex.

I have women I see at rates that are all under $200 that are far more GFE than the $300 women I have seen.  They are actually glad to see me.  They will adjust their schedule if they can to see me, and the experience is by far so much more "fun" than the "performance" I have experienced with some more expensive women I have seen.  I have found with the more expensive women that while they seem to enjoy our time together, when I walk out of the door, I am quickly forgotten.   OTOH with the few women I have found that I truely have a connection with, they are intested in me, and wonder why I have not called them in a period of time.  

The most I have ever spent per hour is $350 in two cases, and both times I felt completely like I wasted my money.   OTOH, the women I have found where the price was significantly less are women that I have made very close connections with.

Remember this is my personal feelings of course.  YMMV

you can go to Needless Markup, and purchase a $300 jar of face cream that promises to hydrate your skin, vanish fine lines and wrinkles and make your skin feel silky smooth...  

You can also go to K-Mart and purchase a $4 jar of vasoline intensive care lotion... and it too - with daily use will do ALL of the above...

Both contain GRAS ingredients - and are essentially oil and water emulsions....  both have the "blessings" of the FDA.

now, which is better... Ladies use to ask me that question.  My answer was, well which do you feel better about using?  mostly they would answer the high priced one... and my comment was, well, if you can afford it, then that is the one that is better for you...  because aside from what a moisturizer actually does, there is also the human perception factor, and if you believe (really believe) that the higer priced material does what the ad-man says, then that perception will make you feel better about yourself - and THAT is what you will project to others...

IF you really believe that by frequenting 2000 gal you will get something closer to GPE or PSE or whatever, then you will actually - mentally- be provided with a memory that may be the experience - and the cost differential...

Most of the ladies I've been with are in the $$$ to $$$.5 range... however, my experience with Stevie (the pornstar) - was worth her price differential... but for reasons that went far beyond the sex, worth much more than I paid.  and yet in Washington DC I was with a provider for over 5 hours... and paid less than I usually pay for 1 hour... and that was an incredible evening... never to be forgotten or repeated....  it was that good.

what you believe you get, is what you get... and not one thing more, or less.

Some men with that kind of money may feel they are not getting vip with out the vip price tag. Also what you need to make will also factor.

a harder body, bigger boobs, younger perhaps; that kind of thing.

When I was younger, that seemed so important, but now I wouldn't put more than 10% of my respective interest into that and I find that demeanor, attitude, skills and personality are a much more important part of the experience.

I find this very good news, from an economic standpoint.

one has to keep in mind that physical beauty is very subjective, so depending on your preferences, the looks of the 2K provider could be a disappointment. I have been with a couple of higher priced providers (1K/hr+) and while I found them very attractive, the most physically beautiful provider I have seen was $$$.

I agree that the "exclusivity", or the perception thereof, is a draw for some hobbyists. The pool of hobbyists is obviously smaller at that $ amount so there could be a feeling that I am one of only a few versus many.

While I am sure there are really great higher priced providers, I find that a hobbyist, IMO, can find everything he is looking for at a much lower amount. Not only do I believe that the "beauty" is there, but the GFE can be fantastic, and maybe better.

I slept thru my economics classes back in college, however, I think this might be something called price elasticity. LOL

I have seen an $800/hr provider only once.

Her photos were pretty fabulous, but in person, she was not quite as good looking, though still very nice.

I would give her a 9 in looks and a 7 in performance.  

I could have done much better with any number of regulars I see for $250-400/hr.

The difference is $1650 and hour.

Came up to see only me for an overnight this past summer.   I picked her up at the airport at around 7PM, and dropped her off the next day at 4PM.   We had some fun before going to sleep, and some more fun the next morning, in addition to visiting a strip club in Providence (her request), eating Breakfast at a small place out etc...

The total cost for this was under $$$$$ and that included her airfare.  I had a much better time with her than I would have had with pretty much every other woman out there.   It was not even about the sex, but instead was about the companionship.  She and I have known each other for three years, and we talk as old friends about pretty much everything, bouncing ideas, thoughts, and everything else off of each other.

She is one of the most beautiful Asian woman I know, and probably could command close to the total I paid her for the overnight for an hourly rate.

and whom I *know* to be awesome in person. None of them ask more than $$$.5. They are awesome people, and very real. No "diva" mentality at all. A joy to behold and a pleasure to know. I'll stand pat.

VIP companions (as far as I've noticed) universally emphasize their personality, wit, intelligence, ability to converse on a wide variety of subjects, and ease in social situations that may require them to act as a believable civilian date (business party, for example).

Are there great GFE companions with lower rates that can do the same? Absolutely! I've been accused of it myself a few times. They're more difficult to immediately pinpoint, though.

If you're only/primarily meeting with a provider for the physically intimate part of the date, a VIP companion is probably not the match for you. If you want a better chance of being with someone who will both intellectually and physically stimulate you, and who won't be baffled at a wide array of silverware at a fancy restaurant, then you may want to give it some consideration. Provided you have the means to, of course.

I've also known several VIP companions who emphasize that they are "highly selective" in who they see. This does not mean that they're just low volume, which many companions can be regardless of price. Instead, they screen potential clients in a way that will help determine they have compatible personalities, which will help ensure that the date will more likely be pleasant for both individuals.
