I may be a cheapskate, preferring to offer REAL reviews and problem reports to maintain my VIP status but I have filled out several problem reports and not received credit.

In the latest case they even updated her profile with the data I provided and then they denied my report.  When I resubmitted it they said duplicate report.

Today a Seattle lady posted her new website, my problem report was denied...no reason

I mean what gives

OK I am done whining but it would be nice if they actually followed through with there side of the bargain, we do the research they offer some VIP time to help maintain the timeliness of the site.

I am one of those that would never, I mean NEVER post a fake review to get VIP credit.

I don't know how this issue will be resolved yet and it doesn't really matter in the long run but I never expected for TER to take an interest in looking at the reasons for my little rant.

I just wanted to let the folks here know that TER does seem to care and I now know that they will give this tiny issue the once over and make a reasonable decision to resolve it.  Whatever they decide I am cool with it.  Nice to be heard, thank guys (and gals).

I've had the same issue (didn't want to say problem). I have had numerous problem reports rejected for the same reasons, even though my problem reports were 100% correct and the reasons were BS. I've emailed TER Support and they just refer me to the explanations that are given in Problem Reports status. Duh. It's like dealing with the government.
