Back many years ago, I was listening to my usual FM station while driving to work in the AM around the Boston area, and a new DJ was reading a traffic report that indicated that there was a traffic tie-up at the Leveret Circle.  He then added:  "I guess there must be a meeting of the Leveret Circle Circle Jerks Club going on there."

He wasn't back the next day for some reason.

As to "circle jerk" it's exactly what it sounds like. A bunch of guys standing around in a circle, jerking off.

I was traveling in Europe a few yrs back and randomly dropping into hostels along the way. Got into some small village late one night, copped a room, fell into bed exhausted and turned on the TV. And ALL 3 channels where Bukakke. ALL Bukakke.  

Until that time I had never seen such a thing. I kept flipping between those 3 channels thinking: WTF?...lol
