Yup, dildo would be my guess, IE Strap on training with the strap

It apparently involves the client dressing up like a baby.  I think the provider is commonly a domme.  Not an interest of mine so I don't have any other info for you.

As SotF mentions, it could be dildo training as well. I would imagine use of a dildo is more common than diaper training.  Only the provider knows for sure what she is willing to do.
