Yes, she only outed a phone number, but the consequences of that to the one outed can be extreme. There are psychos who will take that number and harass that person.

Danica, this person did nothing to harm you. You could have simply blocked him; even blacklisted the number. Instead, you chose to maliciously injure him. Can we presume this is your new operating mode, and any man that irritates you will be doxxed?

Men, look at the women who actively approve of the doxxing - including our own favorite from WI, Miss Scarlett. There is not even a pretense of objection - just active approval of an abuse of the discretion that must exist for this hobby to exist. From the spate of recent doxxings and the active and tacit approval of the doxxings by providers, one might assume that ALL providers are trying to normalize doxxing. Discretion among providers is dead. Take care of yourselves.

Someone explain it to me. Providers often complain of time wasters. Here all the provider had to say is no in the very beginning and she'd save everyone tons of time and stress.

But no, she wanted some clout on Twitter instead it seems.

How did I get included in this? I have not now, nor have I ever, supported anyone being doxxed. Please remove my name from this.

When one provider doxxes, and others pile on with affirming words, they are actively approving of the doxxing. They are complicit and encouraging of future doxxings. When providers see these doxxings, and say nothing, this is tacit approval.

Providers with integrity need to speak up when they see these harmful and unprofessional acts, and condemn the ones doing them. Outside of the Stacey Smith horror, I see no effort by the providers with integrity to address these issues as they occur. You are correct - it is a community, and none of us can see it overrun by the bad apples. Now, these bad apples are casting a pall over all.

You know why a man cannot post criticism on twitter - the retribution and blowback from the women is strong and swift. No thanks; I'll choose my own time and place.

WI Miss Scarlett did not dox anyone, and may not have been aware of the phone number being doxxed by Ms. Lane.  Given this, I retract my comment about her.

In place of your apology to Scarlette why not get you thread relieved .
If still feel that you need to post start over naming only the “guilty”

I have no clue who the OP is and why he felt the need to falsely accost and villainize me. I did create a new post to clarify the matter that I did not, nor do I, dox clients.

Not only did thus guy want Danni to buy drugs, he wanted to set up a 3some without his wife's knowledge, aka without wife consenting. and just spring it on her. He wanted her to drug his wife so she would consent to 3some sex! For me he's a danger!

It's not like gave out his number for a NCNS. Other ladies needed to know about him.

Every lady handles things differently. This could have gone all kinds of wrong and he will likely try this dangerous behavior again. How should she have warned other ladies about him? Or do you think his behavior of trying to get a lady in the biz to buy drugs and then drug his wife to make sure wifey participated sexually is okay w/you? Curious to hear how you think Danni should have warned everyone...The community needed to know his dangerous behavior.

a threat to the entire community of Sex Workers. Ms. Lane played along with this person, and joked about it. Hardly the actions of one who was feeling threatened. Ms. Lane had her "Look at me" moment, her flex on Twitter. I support doxxings that involve actual harm or real threat of physical harm to a provider. Otherwise, blacklisting is a way to share info with the community.

Wait Wait wait a minute ! You mean some guy contacted a SW to buy drugs to drug his wife to have a 3some!? Nooooo. This is so bad. So many bad things could have happened and she end up in jail! All the guy has to say is she drugged his wife and they go to hospital right after event! Now I don't really believe in doxxing but this has all kinds of danger written on it that can end up on the news! And others need to know a person like this exists because they will try again! What guy possibly thinks this is ok that you are upset she posted about it? I did not see the Twitter post but this is just scary.

...I'm so confused...!!

If this man really was about to drug/poison someone (his wife or whoever the fuck) then yeah, this provider who "outed" the guy is justified.    I guess that's what I'm confused about, how do we/any of us know the precise truth?   I'd tend to believe the provider in this case, who makes up stories THAT specific and warped unless they're true?  In this current society, sadly there are some really sick bastards that give us normal, loving respectful kind hearted perverts a bad name.

Where precisely does this "Blacklist" exist?   I get each provider having one, but is there some sort of community blacklist somewhere for providers ?  Not that I ever plan to be on it

Funny how that happens isn't it!?  She was also on my bucket list of a "must see".  Let's just say it's a perfect example of what happens when a "reputable" provider becomes the opposite.  I always laugh a little when I read that as justification for a guy to turn over his whole fucking life to someone engaged in illegal acts...

Danica did not make it up, she posted screen shots from the text messages she had with the guy. The concern was that guys felt she went too far because she also posted his phone #, that was the area of concern.

Providers can have a personal black list but there are also national black lists that providers can join. The blacklists are supposed to be for dangerous clients. The problem is that so many now are clogging them with client info when a client does any behavior that they feel is unwarranted. I have seen them for not wanting to pay a deposit, No call no show, or being a time waster. These are of course annoying, but do not warrant a black list. That is just a waste of my time because I then have to sift through the nonsense.

This is a term that is terribly mis-used and has been for years. I will only add that the other term that should be used to describe providers' private lists of crummy clients is a Do Not See list (DNS).
