How can I copy a pic from a website and put it in my files for use at a later time? thank you.Devin

First, be careful because sometimes these materials are copyrighted and any misuse can cause your SERIOUS problems or consequenses. . . .   Or even just using it without the owner's permission. . . .

That being siad, here is hwo I would do it.  Maybe not the best way  . . .

Get the picture on your video display as you would like to copy it.

Next, hit the "Print Screen" button.  This copies whatever is on the display onto the clipboard.

Next. open up the program "Paint".  Hit Paste and it will be pasted into that program on the display.  Use the various features of Paint to edit, crop, resize the picture.  Save the picture as a *.bmp file.  Now you can email it directly to some one or paste it into a Word document.

But again, be careful.  Don't get yourself into trouble. . . .

One easy way is to simply right-click on picture and save it .. but you won't get optimal quality for re-use; you might have to go back to original source if possible for that.

Scaramouche is right.  To get an exact copy of what's on the website just select "Save Image As" from the menu which should appear when you right click on the image.  This should be fine for sending as email or posting on a website.

If you need better quality, e.g. for printing, the answer depends in part on how the picture was originally taken.  Digital camera or film?  If it was taken on film the best prints will come from the origninal negative.  Otherwise find an expert in Photoshop to spruce it up for you.  I wish I had the skill to volunteer.

Devin has the fascinating distinction of appearing in a nice new photo layout for Score.It looks like there is a short film involved also. I checked them out yesterday and Devin...all I have to say is "Wow...what a rack!"

Devin, just right click on the photo. A new menu will appear. Select 'Save As' and enter or navigate to the folder you wish to save the photo to.  If you need further help, you've got my private e-mail address.

Thank you so much. I was very nervous about posting about it because there are so many BBW or larger tha average girl haters on the boards. A what if!
Devin had was having a paid site made with whomever - who spent time manipulating the photos etc.

Then Devin wants them for her own site ie; ripping off the web designer, without payment?

Why were the photos not available to her through channels?

Is your advixe right or wrong?
