What I meant by "how recent" was

Guys- how recent should reviews be? How long ago is too long ago for you? And what do you think of "no reviews" policies?

Ladies- how often do you want to be reviewed? Do you ever ask to not be reviewed because you don't want too many? And if you refuse to allow reviews, does it help?

Sorry- been thinking about this lately, so I figured I would throw it in the mix of review threads cropping up, Lol!

to be reviewed within 90 days. In all honesty I worry about the gals who have a no review policy, esp if they are in the top 100. No review policy means they get delisted, Correct?

Personally I want to be reviewed within TER guidelines and for it to be honest. That is all I expect.

In all honesty, a gal that tells a guy not to review her.... believes he won't give a good review. I do not believe in the whole "I can only be reviewed so much" bs.

A new gals should have 5-6 recent reviews to be able to be seen as totally legit.

However, if a gal has several pages of reviews, then I'm not concerned if she hasn't had a new review in as much as a year.

I just figure that she is still seeing her earlier regulars and the lack of new reviews is no indication that she is questionable.

Agree.  And sometimes a gal has enough of a stable client base that she prefers to go UTR.

MrFisher summed it up nicely in terms of quantity and timing of reviews.

As for "too many" reviews, or "no review" policies.. I believe the decision to write a review must be left to the guys. A provider should be able to easily influence her clients at the time of the session by suggesting he write a review or not write a review. I believe most of us would respect that suggestion. A simple way to influence the number and timing of reviews. Attempting to control us to the extent of demanding we review or not? Yes, all guys react well to that! A softer approach will work wonders, trying to exert absolute control is probably a bad idea, IMHO. It's a genetic response!

I have been interested in a couple of ladies on P411/DC, EROS based upon their profiles there, websites, etc.. until I see that they have no reviews and/or "no review" policies. I can say that a few of them are definitely using fake pics (thank you Google images) and without reviews.. who are they? Are they safe? Something to hide? LE? Without reviews all of the other adspaces become nothing more than a glorified BP crapshoot. Reviews support ALL of the other marketing you might do as a provider, whether here on TER or on the other review sites.

Just my .02.

I tend to review within a couple of days.  In some cases I'm so jazzed I do it the same day.  Much longer and I start forgetting stuff. I have been asked not to do a review (if a lady is UTR for instance) and have been asked to leave certain performance details out of a review.  So far I've had no trouble complying. But I'll be damned if I'm going to be told what score to give if I do decide to review.

As for the topic itself I guess I only have a couple of thoughts to add.

Let's face it--one guy's 8 will be another's 10. There is no common frame of reference.  I'm thinking of employing my own scale so everyone knows what I mean by an appearance score:  a 1 would be Joan Rivers, Rosie O'Donnell or Alison Janney;  a 5 would be Kristen Stewart (I just can't stand that chick but I probably wouldn't walk out--maybe), Elizabeth Moss or Mission Impossible era Vanessa Redgrave;  and a 10 would be Scarlett Johanssen (surprise), 1990s Chasey Lain or Kelly Reilly (those eyes alone kill me).  You don't have to agree with any of those ratings. But at least you'd have some idea of the scale I'm using.

Otherwise I agree with other posters who remind us the raison d'etre of this site is reviews.   Good bad or ugly--make of them what you will.

how recently do you gents like a lady to be reviewed? Would a lady's latest review being a year old be of concern? Some of you got that and answered accordingly- thanks! Others- any thoughts?

doesn't have any recent (within past 6 months) reviews, I may question her through a PM or email as to why. Yes, there are many legitimate reasons to take some time off and I understand that.

If a provider has a "no review policy", then how did I find out about her? The only two times I have seen a lady who had no reviews were because I felt comfortable with the potential chemistry (key ingredient besides skill set and appearance) because of either her posts, emails, PM's over several months or as a recommendation from a provider I had seen multiple times who had moved away. To complete the story, I have seen each of these ladies multiple times and continue to spend quality time with the one lady who still is located within a reasonable drive.

During my time in this arena, I have been asked by several providers to write another review of our time together so that they would have a current review. Ladies who mostly see repeat clients and very few new gents fall into this category.
