I have been thinking about hiring a personal assistant, so I can have more time to focus on my clients. I get too much emails, asking me things that are already posted on my ads, too many calls as well. Can someone recommend me a good service?

I believe hiring a personal assistant could really help lessen some of your administrative tasks such as screening and travel arrangements.

The best situation I have seen in my time in the hobby was a case in which a provider hired another provider to do all of the "dirty work" she did not want to perform.

The use of another provider is ideal because she already understands what needs to be done "behind the curtain".

However, it is still essential that you manage the more personal tasks such as thank you notes.  Also, a client really needs to be able to distinguish with whom (the assistant or the provider) they are communicating with in messages.

I got a great number of ladies with very good resumes.
You just have to teach them what to say and what not to agree to ,of course.
I also had an attorney on retainer for my old assistant and told her how to handle a possible encounter with police,God forbid.
I used to have my assistant wear her IPOD while I was in session "dancing and talking about erotic fantasies" so she wouldn't hear any of his fantasies being discussed.
Of course she can't wear it while answering the phone.lol I always kept my assistant out of sight to protect the privacy of the assistant and the client.
I just said, "client coming out" and she would go into another room until he left.
I also gave my girls mace to keep on a key chain so they felt safe having different men over all the time.
It helps alot when you have to run errands to have someone to answer the phone while you drive, get your pedicure, go to yoga etc.
You know people are always going to call when you are at the spa or already in session!
