Get the business part out of the way and get booked first - then maybe the personal intro if she desires it.

Curious about the best intro text when reaching out for the first time.....

This is usually for out of town travel where I'm trying to plan ahead a little......Imusually reach out introducing myself with some basic info - age, where I'm from, when I'll be visiting, a little description on me.  Sometimes, say 50% of the time I never hear back.  Is this info too much or too little to get interest from the lady?  Or because I'm from out of town do I seem less likely to follow through and book?  Just curious, any info would be helpful.

an appointment request, you will get a quicker response, in my experience.  I include a day and time that I want to see her and tell her if she's not available at that time, I do have some flexibility if she wants to propose something else.  This shows I'm serious and not going to waste her time.  Then I leave my first name, my hobby phone number, and two ref's that I know will respond to her quickly.  Then I shut up and give her time to answer.

If you’re not asking for a specific appointment in your intro message, you’re throwing up a red flag. As advised above, first contact should include your appointment request.

To the person who started this thread, Gagambler is an example of how NOT to make first contact. Rude, crude and entitled is no way to make an impression to a lady.

He takes great pride in self-identifying as an asshole. But he's actually a primitive asshole, a/k/a a Cloaca. From MedidineNet:

"Cloaca: A common passageway for feces, urine and reproduction.

At one point in the development of the human embryo, there is a cloaca. It is the far end of a structure called the hindgut. This structure then divides to form a rectum, a bladder, and genitalia.

The presence of a cloaca is normal in many adult animals (birds, reptiles, amphibians, some fish, and even a few mammals). However, the persistence of a persistent cloaca in a person is a birth defect (a congenital malformation).

Cloaca is the Latin word for drain or sewer."

All you spineless suckups who are terrified of coming across as timewasters, even if you have a legitimate question you'd like to ask the lady BEFORE booking with her are the ones who are constantly whining about not getting your messages returned, while an admitted asshole like me doesn't have any of these same problems.

So who do you think a guy should listen to, a guy like me who has booked literally thousands of sessions without breaking a swear or ever having had reason to come on this board to whine about how hard it it to book a hooker? OR would you prefer to listen to the guys that jump through every hoop, kiss every ass and still can't get a hooker to give you the time of day?

Bob, we get it, you have no balls, that's your problem not mine. I am sure Zen will be so happy to find someone who has even less backbone than himself, You may actually win BSU this year, congratulations.

First, read her ad(s) and see if there are any specifics on what she wants in a booking request. Then do that.

If she doesn't have specific requirements, I just give my first name, tell her I'm travelling from ___ to her location for n days, and would like to book on day/time.  She will either ignore me, confirm the appointment with additional instructions, or ask for more info.

If she ignores me, say no reply within 48-72 hours, I move on.  The closer I am to my travel date, the less time I will wait to move on.

This has worked for me every time I travel. I've never failed to get  good session booked when I wanted one, though sometimes it was with my 2nd or 3rd choice.

The Cat

This all reminds me of the book by Joe Carbo about direct mail sales.  He told about a guy who ran a direct sales operation who would open letters, and if they didn't have money in them, throw the letters away.
.
He couldn't believe the guy was throwing away these sales opportunities.  The cost of finding customers is not zero.  Yet when a potential customer approached, this guy would throw away these leads ... throwing away potential riches.
.
Lots of escorts make the same mistake.  They call those contacts "time wasters."   No doubt some are, but also no doubt they are throwing away thousands of dollars of potential because they fail to realize the cost of finding the next batch of customers is not zero.

a "tipping point" where it becomes a diminishing return.  Once a guy has identified himself as high-maintenance, that is not likely to stop after she sees him the first time.  Its a question of how much OTC time can you give a needy, lonely guy and still make money off of him.

Few businesses want customers AT ANY COST.  They want customers at a cost they can still make a profit at.  I gladly let my competitors have the high-maintenance customers.  I don't need or want them.  Customers who are a time-suck initially remain that way,  based on my 40 years of experience.

Of course one has to have some rational metric.  But these girls are charging $300+ hour.  Their downtime is an opportunity cost.  They are making zero dollars whether they are answering a query or watching afternoon soaps.  Answering the query has future income potential ... watching the soaps, not so much.

a provider that she should spend her leisure time chatting with some lonely guy who can't seem to pull the trigger on booking an appointment without a lot of hand-holding.  Your point about "future income potential" is in the abstract.  Yes, I could have "future income potential" if I spend Sunday afternoon calling clients instead of watching the Superbowl, but like I said, there is a tipping point for everyone on how much THEY WANT TO SPECULATE with their time in order to attract difficult clients that are likely to remain difficult in the future.  Only the most desperate go after high-maintenance customers, regardless of the industry.

Downtime is not always the same as leisure time.  The providers I have dated in real life spend their time between customers doing sanitation and cleaning on the premises, changing linen, washing towels and linens, refreshing their makeup and hair, and grabbing something to eat and drink.  Just because they are not booked back to back does not mean there is any great amount of "downtime."  Don't be so simplistic in your analysis.  There are more factors than what you are considering.

Not all gents who initially reach out a specific day/time and length of appt.
Some gents might want to know the general area of where I will be or a clarification on arrival/departure days of my visit to a specific city.
I would suggest also mentioning in your into a day/time and length of appt you are interested in.
That way a lady is not taking time to screen you for a date/time that might not work for you or her.
