As I look at the websites of providers, I notice quite a few who list "sweet white wine" as a preferred beverage.

Sauternes is a sweet white wine from the Bordeaux region of France, with an underlying acidity that makes it both very drinkable and sensually sweet. So you can drink it while you are getting to know Kelsi (see above post) and then play with it later.
