Girls on Eros without reviews are every bit as risky as BP or CL once were, I only look there when following a link from a reputable review, and NEVER use it any more as a starting point and I haven't done so in well over a decade.
RS2K is pretty much nonexistent in my part of the country.
Tryst reminds me of the aforementioned BP and CL, and Slixa reminds me of Eros, only with a worse layout.
As for SeekingArrangements. It is NOT a site for providers, it's a "Sugar Site" but it's the very best one of them and I get more of my action from that site than all the rest combined, but once again is it NOT a site to find hookers, although I will concede there are hookers that do use that site, not openly however as it will get them kicked off the site.
Agree 100% with your outlook on P411. EROS wasn’t that bad until they changed their format, don’t know if it was for legal reasons or what, but they used to have the ability to click on the providers links to their websites that added a little more validity to the girls. If you don’t have a website, I don’t even consider. You have to do your best to vet them as they do with us. LE for the most part isn’t going to create a beautiful website and use that as bait.

Eros stopped all of us who advertise on their site cannot add our website links to any of our ads there.

I don't waste my time anymore on this type of sites, is hipocrit concern about you ban prostitutes when you promote money in exchange for sex, even when is into a long term relationship. Same thing, different method.
But the trick is to channel all sites including Slixa, Tryst to find that Gem. Even SA can lead you a great find,again with a lot of mixing and matching although now there's more work involved.
