I’ve seen providers with no reviews post, and now we have a delisted provider stirring up shit on month old threads plugging her website. Personally I say scrub her posts but… what exactly are the rules when it comes to posting? Are delisted providers allowed for post, even on buzz boards? Are providers with no reviews allowed to post ads? What are the ladies allowed to do and not do? If a provider wants to de-list I say fine… but I don’t want their posts here too.
I have been under the impression that one could it discuss a delisted provider. Now today a delisted provider ( Nicole_Marlee) has posted on a thread about her more then once and stating how she gets buy just fine as a provider without having reviews here. Should the original thread be allowed and also the same for her posts? An inquiring mind would line to know.
But she certainly likes to advertise her site. One would think if she had no use of this place as she claims, she wouldn’t be here. All above my pay grade.
It is written in the guidelines for posting. Discussion of delisted providers / agencies isn’t allowed (except for ripoffs, robs, etc.) Now we not only have delisted provider discussed but with multiple posts.

Rules and Guidelines. Perhaps our board moderator could ask someone from Admin to post what the CURRENT official policy is. There many here who would like to know.
With that said, there were many providers who, during the TER 20-month blackout of 2018-19, took the opportunity to move to other sites and started TER-bashing. Many delisted themselves and others were banned for trying to game the moratorium on reviews for US providers by changing their home base to another country. Some got away with it if they already had a foreign location in the "other cities" box on their profile, but others clearly were not international touring girls and when reviews started coming in showing where the reviewer says he saw them within the US, the game was up.
Fast-forward to now, and TER has continued to make a significant comeback. During the blackout, there might be less than 100 members logged in at any given time. As I write this, there is a few hundred shy of ten thousand logged in. With other providers doing well on this board business-wise, it's not surprising that the Anti-TER crowd wants back in.
So seems two things are worth exploring/discussing on this point. First, those that see such posts and are aware of the rule should be reporting the post to TER. TER is a user/community supported environment. Second, even if TER expects some level of support from the general community they should have, or be willing to put in place, functionality that will catch most of the rule violations such as these. Here's I'm assuming when TER delists a profile they are not deleting but simply preventing access from the users. As such they should be able to identify attempts to advertise, or otherwise benefit from posting, from owners of delisted profiles.
Have you been reporting to TER and just not seening any traction of have been told by TER the posts are okay?
