What about Budapest? Prague might have suffered from overexposure. Was planning to visit there...

After a recent month of missionary research in central Europe, to add to a lifetime of horniness in the Western Hemisphere,
I have some new insights on the B & S problem and what to do.
In Prague, Czech Republic, I was B & S'd about a dozen times, but never wasted a Euro, because I quickly left the premises, or closed the door and sent the person away.

"I have to go back to my car for the money," and I leave quickly.
"I'll get some quick lunch and be back."

Even with an armed or big-ass bodyguard, they won't beat your door down if you forcefully say you're calling security and the police, and then solidly close the door.
It is helpful to spray a bit of mace out there too, but that was not necessary, except in Phoenix.

I am amazed at how many guys like sheep do not leave or send a person away when a bait & switch happens.

You always need a plan B and C, to avoid being a victim of theft. Go in there ready to have fun, or to shift gears instantaneously if something is amiss.

they're accustomed to spineless wusses... and shocked, shocked ! when the rare guy in possesion of his testicles flips the game on them. This crap wouldn't exist is a sufficient number of men stopped confusing being a gentleman and being a victim.

For pest repellant, may I suggest the bear spray they carry in Alaska, twice the strength of standard issue, will stop anything short of Frankenstein.

Most of the Czech efforts at English are amusing, but they try.
My Czech is worse, nonexistent, but I spoke a lot of German there because they overcharge Americans, so they thought I was Swiss with the accent. Go figure.
LOTOS Club has the Czech translated by the White House Office of Strategery and Mispronouncerizalization.
Somehow I made the wrong link.
The LOTOS Club was luxurious and a bunch of fun with about 25 vixens to choose from. Even the bar vixen was a 9. I did not mean to accuse LOTOS of systematic Bait & Switch, although the person I wanted to see was on the website but had not worked there lately if ever. At the Club there is no pressure. You pick someone and retreat to an elegant suite, or you leave when you feel like it. The Evian was a small expense.
A charming blonde Slovak lady there - Maxine - totally hooverized me into outer space, for a mere 2500 CZK, about US$92 for the hour. Moses would have stayed and contributed to her university fund too.
It's the outcall agencies in Prague that are the absolute worse with Bait & Switch. But they go when you tell them to leave.
It just wastes time. The incalls, Privats, also use deceptive advertising. Girls of Sara baited me three times at least. Again, however, I saw two of their girls and had a great time with outstanding bbjtcs for 2300CZK, about US$85 for the hour.
The experiences in Buenos Aires, Rio, and Amsterdam are probably a great deal better, however, as you travelers well know.

That's why you keep it in your pants in Phoenix and have your finger on the Mace spray button. Phoenix has been the worse for bad experiences in my lifetime, but not now since I know about TER.
I would never see an unreviewed person in Phoenix now.
With Mace and the like, practice in your back yard spraying a post or something, and stay upwind. Then when you need it you don't fumble.

In defense of Phoenix we have some very sweet and beautiful providers.  I have seen a few and have never been ripped off.  But I stumbled on TER when I started.  This city has a lot of people who will rip you off.  What city does not.
