Not to distract from the topic... But I the comments on here truly made me laugh out loud. Very funny.

It may begin with simple decriminalization and LE no longer wasting time and effort "protecting" society from the hobby and providers and clients no longer being labeled criminals;  but then evolving with regulations about what how when and where.  After all, should role play with a religious theme be allowed?  Should clients be allowed to use Viagra? How about older clients: would those over 65 be allowed to have more than one climax in one visit without a certificate from a doctor that more than one climax in one visit would be safe?  Shouldn't providers have to wash their hair regularly to prevent the spread of hair lice and shouldn't we have hair inspectors to enforce this.  (After all we inspect long haul trucks regularly to increase road safety; aren't the children of hobbyests entitled to similar protection of their hair and scalp as drivers are of road safety?).

When I ran restaurants, there were laws and regulations put in place to protect people from the transmission of things like Hep A. These were laws that were not only there for the consumer....but the employee as well...

Everyday, the state passes laws to protect the safety and the health of workers everywhere. Porn stars are no different than anyone else. They are paid to do a job, and should be able to do it safely.

BBFS does not mean having sex without a condom.  When you have sex with your girlfriend or wife, it's not BBFS.  It's just called sex without a condom.
