i just finished a case where a client purposely got a hooker pregnant.

my client was asked to bring his own condoms****the hooker wasn't too bright****which he gladly did. after the two parties involved got naked and enjoyed some pre-party favors the hooker excused herself to the bathroom for a moment. my client suited up and gave the end of his tallywhacker a little fingernail twist . the hooker came back and the festivities began. he walked away a happy camper and wondered how his little scheme would work. he had plans on leaving town and never returning.

now needless to say a short time later the hooker discovered she was with child. sadly for my client he didn't think to change his phone number****being a dumbass is contagious apparently****so her attorney succeeded in serving him****took some time though****.

i presented the case such that the hooker was at fault for asking the client to provide his own party hats. her attorney presented his case such that the client was a coniving piece of trash who intended to cause his client severe mental anguish by getting her pregnant and skipping away. the jury consisted of a majority of younger men who had been through recent divorces****what a schmuck her attorney was****so my client was found innocent of all charges.

First, why the hell would he intentionally get a provider pregnant? Whats the purpose or intent? To cause emotional, physical, and financial distress? Some people are just wackos, don't give a damn in the world of their actions. If he's willing to do that, then he is willing to give her STD/HIV intentionally.

Some people in this planet, I tell you, r good for nothing son's of the devils. Never in the lives would they do a good deep, but intentionally would cause chaos--and have lawyers to back them up as though they were kids that didn't know better. Guys like that need to be discipline for their actions so they can know the true nature of their wrong doing. There's no prestige in being a lawyer, they knowing and purposely defend their clients from murder, the worst and brutal crimes out their, and in this case, for being a total pig for a month or two worth of salary.

I mean, if she's a provider she most likely has multiple clients.  How'd she know which one was the douche bag?

I don't realy believe this. Now if it were true. That's fucking great, a retarted John and a stupid Hooker have procreated. Little "Johnny Ho" will probably be born with a meth adiction. Well there may be a bright side you can represent JH when he decides to sue his parents, for being idiots! The cycle continues.(sigh)

But I don't buy it!

What does he gain by this?  He is still wearing a condom, o he doesn't get any better sensation!  No.
Even if found not guilty of criminal offenses, he could be forced to pay child support for the next 18 years.  
The law doesn't care how a child was created, just that it is being taken care.

A man would have nothing to gain by such a stunt, and everything to loose.
