Give me an objective reason for BBFS in the hobby, and I'll discuss it.  You can't, so why not just STFU?

Here's how you can do it safely

First, you book a provider, who's willing to go along with your plan, for 1 week of her time. Second, both of you get STD tested. Third, stay with each other the entire time without sex. Last, enjoy yourself after you get your test result back. It's just an idea, but I think it has a reasonable chance to work. I don't have that much a hangup with condom so it's not worth the trouble for me.

The female condom will NOT squeeze your cock and deaden the sensation... But even porn stars know that the testing isn't 100% safe.  Even if you are using the PCR-DNA methods, you can still very well end up with a window where it isn't safe.  And of course, you don't know if your partner is also being safe when he/she isn't around you.

As far as the providers here...I think you've heard a good cross-section, and it's just not offered.
