Yes. Of course I agree with you on these most obvious points that most of us are already painfully aware of. Common sense tells us to do all of the things you listed. Thank you. You are right. No one can argue with that logic. I certainly wouldn't.
I am simply sharing another option. Of which there are many. There is risk in everything we do. That's why it is good to do your homework before plunging in. Furthermore, good doctors will inform you of any/all risks involved before allowing you to participate in any form of treatment. That's why a 2nd opinion is a good idea too. Also, we all know that what works for one, may not for another.

The best way for most men to avoid fatigue, and increase libido.
1.Exercise.
2.Play more standing sports,and watch less when
sitting.
3.Drink more water than beer or other spirits.
4.Never eat chips while restrained by recliner.
5.Add oysters,bananas,eggs,avocados,almonds,
garlic,breath mints, more fruit and
vegetables, to your normal junk food diet.
6.Don't forget to Exercise.
