Wife (50s) just visited the gyno a few weeks ago and got similar diagnosis. Vaginal walls loose their ridges or folds and smooth out after menopause. She doesn't have the dryness issue, at least not yet. We did lay off the in and out for several months and getting back to regular business resulted in some pain that prompted the visit. Good thing, too. Doc recommended doing the deed 2 or 3 times a week for vaginal health. And I didn't even slip him a twenty.
In the medical profession. I had a young Asian female doctor doing my annual physical and found out after the prostate exam that tips are neither encouraged nor appreciated.
They do like to prescribe medication at every opportunity, though. In this case daily pills and a weekly vaginal cream with estrogen which probably explains the Double Ds I'm now sporting.
One day Groucho Marx was visiting the studio head of Paramount Pictures when said head asked Groucho what he thought of their latest release: Samson and Delilah. Groucho told him he had the casting all backwards. Why? asked the honcho. Groucho retorted that Victor Mature has much bigger knockers than Hedi Lamar. Groucho wondered why he never got invited back to Paramount after that.
