...the husband couldn't tell the difference.  I know guys who say that fucking their wives is like fucking someone who's comatose.

I've seen porn where a guy is fucking a sleeping chick.  Could be a fetish for some guys.

but somewhat old news.... Hey I try to almost always post new stuff!!!

I read an article roughly 2 years ago about a wife in a coma. She was in a special hospital (don't recall where) and it was caught on camera that her husband had sex with her and got her pregnant.

It was a very big deal and they were trying to find the husband guilty of rape as she did not consent, obviously.

1) Anyone know what happened? Was he found guilty? Links would be great! Did they c-section with her in a coma?

2) What are your thoughts, if any? Was it ok what he did or not? Why?

Personally marriage doesn't matter, if she didn't consent and it wasn't some hair brain therapy... what he did was wrong. Marriage is not a free go at whatever you want to do!!!

or some variant, anyways.

Not my cup of tea, and laws being what they are you must tread pretty carefully to have some proof it is consensual, but from what I've heard just from boy talks in locker rooms, etc., it's not that uncommon.

the beginning of "Kill Bill, Part I."  And Uma Thurman does get her revenge, and one hell of a set of wheels

Were you raised in a fucking barn??  Oh, that's right! Yore Ma and me had moved out of the barn by then.

I don't think you can necessarily accuse him of rape.  You don't know the nature of their relationship.  Sex is part of the marital contract, and she did not refuse- yes I know she couldn't.  However, to convict him of rape we have to assume her state of mind and that she would not have consented, and I don't think it's safe to assume that a married woman would not have consented.  If I were in a coma and had priapism (which happens with spinal cord injury) and my wife wanted to take a ride I would think her strange, but not want her jailed.  Furthermore, she may have wanted to leave a child in this world, and he is in a better position than you or I to know what she wanted.  In the reverse situation, if a wife became impregnated by her dying husband, just to keep a piece of him alive, it would be applauded as romantic.  We want to accuse him of rape because society wants to assume male sexual urges are negative.  I guarantee there are some wives who would say, honey if I'm in a coma and that's what you want I could care less.  She married him, so we should assume she knew what kind of man he is, not that he is taking advantage of her.  Just because we think it gross, doesn't make it rape?
