They are two different things.  If you want to know the difference, there is plenty of searchable information the internet.  For urban tactics, search MOUT (military operations in urban terrain).   I went frorm active duty to reserves in '89, so the conventional wisdom on tactics was much different then than it is now.  A lot of modern tactics depend on advanced equipment that didn't exist during my time in the service, so I'm kind of an antique as far as soldiering goes.  Lol
