Providers, when is the best time of day to schedule with providers (i.e. when are they at the peak of their game, sort of speak?)  Is it early mornings, afternoons, or evenings?

Depends entirely on the providor. Just because we all have the same job doesn't make us all the same person.  Ask the lady you'd like to be with when she works and what is her best time.

This is somewhat similar to a quandry I had at one point, which was that I didn't want to see a provider after she had seen three other guys that day (no matter how clean you are, gotta get tired of meeting strangers after so many in a day), but I didn't want to have to book her for 10am to insure this.  I came to realize that if I was seeing a provider who worked this much, I just had to state my preference, and see if that was something she could or would accomodate.  I ran the risk of not having my ideal situation met, or possibly having to pass on a provider, but better to know up front and make an informed decision than not enjoy the time I paid for.

Probably depends on the provider.  Almost everyone has intellectual peaks, physical peaks, and social peaks throughout the day.  Unfortunately, it varies from person to person.  For me I'm more of a late waker.  Long story short: depends on the person.
