DON'T bother! I have been sitting/waiting for a long time, but the level of BS is enough for me. Some people are fucking assholes. Wasting my time with conversation, screening, and BS all to be tossed in the corner. Never again. When you spend 3-4 hours prepping to make a man happy and he decides to be an asshole and leave you hanging with a long time length of a waste of my time. That is on you. I will blacklist this waste of time for you ladies. Fuck you.

that's part of the business. Before you get the brilliant you have to dig a lot of soil. I too have a plenty of time wasters, but seems a lot of people are looking for a GF here. Want to know her chemistry, etc.. Of course we somehow should manage our time too. Person should explain himself clearly when he wants to see you. I am too tired of " I want to see you next month and I want to find chemistry, what we like and dislike." That is not politically correct. If we were on dating site, you are welcome to send any BS you want, but here is something about renting, and not about your death wish, lawyers, etc.. The man see the pictures, see the fee; it is quite short time when he would like to see you. "I want to see you now, or at noon". So that's seem good idea not to reply to the men who don't know what they want. Saves time and energy! Xo

If you provide free phone sex, that is your own fault

Get P411 and you will be able to screen a guy in less than 60 seconds.

If you take 3-4 hours to prep, that's completely on you.  You don't need to apply make-up for me.  Just shower and a Lysterine rinse.

Most guys will respect your time.  If you can't make good use of downtime, that's on you.

 
Maybe stay with your day job.

Why not get an assistant to help you with screening out the fucking asshole mother fuckers.

So you are advising only seeing P411 members? That will definitely limited a lady's potential clients.

Some providers will work with guys who aren't Whitelisted, P411, RS2K or Date Check. Verifying such clients can take time.

Many of my guys have repeatedly told me they like that I don't wear heavy makeup or sport elaborately styled hair.  I'm sure they have no clue that it still takes me a good 90min to get ready.
I live an hour away from my incall location. So we're talking a minimum of 2.5 hours spent just in getting ready and to my location, not counting however much time spent in emails and screening.

If someone pulls a NCNS I usually wait 30min from our appointed time before giving up. Then another hour drive back home.

So when I get no-showed, I've spent at LEAST 4 hours on him. Not to mention the $ laid out for the hotel room.

And no, that's not "on me". It's on the disrespectful time-wasting jackwagon who put all my preparation and travel in motion.

I'd bet screening only P411 limits clients in a good way.  The NCNS guys are all over backpage, very few make it to P411, and will show better behaviour when they do.  

A girl that does outcall puts up a lot more time and effort that goes to waste for a NCSC, that is true.  All the more reason for her to screen well.  I hobby on the other side of the coin, doing in-call only.  I'm the one driving to her place/hotel.  That's why I am thorough in my screening, confirming, and even include location as a factor in choosing who I book.

There are ways to avoid problems, and ways to deal with problems you cannot avoid.

I really want to try to get something through to you.  Probably wasting my time, but I really do like to reach people, and hopefully enlighten them, whenever possible.  What can I say?  I'm a giver!  

Or an unrepentant, self-righteous know-it-all.  Either one will work. LOL.  
  I mostly see only RS2K & P411 members.  I've had NCNS from both.  No, they didn't find me on BackPage.  Perhaps you think the screening & reporting for P411 is something that, well, it just ISN'T.  

Something a lot of men may not realize: unfortunately, it's only a small percentage of providers who will go to the trouble of BlackListing someone.  If a guy has messed up with certain providers, he's certainly not going to volunteer that information when joining either of those sites.  So if no one has yet bothered to put him on a BL, and he's behaved himself with a few ladies who will provide a good reference to P411, then he's in.  
And no one looking at his profile is the wiser.  

With P411, there is no way to really give someone a Not Okay.  (There have even been incidents where an Okay was issued in a provider's name, AGAINST her wishes. )  So when he does behave himself, he get an Okay, and if the providers he screws over don't bother to BL him, then no amount of screening will give the next lady any heads-up.     Ah yes, the idea that thorough screening really will weed out any and all possibility of negative things happening.  Unfortunately, this just isn't so.  

Please keep in mind that every time-waster who either cancels last minute or does a NCNS has a FIRST TIME.    
Exactly how are we supposed to prevent that from happening?

I'm genuinely curious: how do you recommend dealing with the unavoidable problems you mention?

Perhaps just part of the way the OP is dealing with this particular instance is to come here and vent.  Can't say I fault her there.  Venting can be very cathartic.  And it also helps the many providers who also have to deal with this crap to feel a little bit better, that it's not just them.

i have had more providers than i can remember flake out on me.  in fact the very first time i called a provider to come to my hotel room, she kept texting me she was on her way, and she never showed up.  luckily i didn't let that bad experience discourage me from continuing in this endeavor.

folks here know the story of the highly rated los angeles provider that took one look at me in her parking garage and told me she wasn't going to go through with our appointment.

sh!t happens.  people are assholes.  male people are assholes, female people are assholes.  it's part of the deal of being human.  deal with it.

Honestly, after reading some reviews about how nervous the guys were, how they didn't feel safe, how they are clearly naive and unsophisticated I've come to the conclusion the providers are just dealing with the general public
Sounds simplistic and probably is but when you are dealing with the general public you're going to encounter flakes.  
Over the years I've only had to cancel twice and I called and got confirmation both times.  
But then I never need to feel safe or nervous LOL

Seriously, though, this just shows the chasm of misundersting that exists between providers and clients...as a client I cannot see the process you go through from phone call/email and date...and you as a provider have no idea of how the client approaches the date...

I am one who treats every date as a major event...I'm OCD to the degree where I have my pre-date preparations planned out well in advance and have a process I go through to get ready and make sure I'm not walking out the door forgetting something...

I know abstractly that you have a process you go through as well but I can't see what goes into the time leading up to the moment you open the door and blow my mind...but I appreciate your efforts...
