I follow several providers and their reviews on a regular basis.  One particular lady used to always receive high reviews.  Over the years her numbers have declined as far as ratings are concerned.  Now when she receives a less than stellar review within about 2-3 weeks it disappears as it was never there at all.  This is not fair to the hobbyist that visits with her for the first time.  He's expecting like the old review numbers but ends up with something considerably less.  Reviews unless fake should not be allowed to be removed just because the provider doesn't like what being said about her.

If they can convince admin that an individual review is a fake, it will be pulled. Happens all the time.
