Kind of an important question, but when a woman is giving a cbj, can you FEEL the ejaculation?  I am wondering can you always feel it and it is very obvious, sometimes can feel it, sometimes not, please give me your input.

I prefer BBBJ, but sometimes I will slip a cover on for the finale so that he can CIM. Even through a condom, the spasms of ejaculation can be felt. It is different for every man of course, but yes, some men have really strong spasms, while others can barely be felt. I really like the sensation myself :o )

Usually I can feel it, though like SOF I usually do bbbj unless requested otherwise (for which I have tasty flavored comdoms...)

Usually you can at least feel it get warm and filled up.  Obviously it depends upone the equipment.
