I rely on TER Regional Boards and the local boards of another, similar site.

In NJ you have a few choices..

EROS or BP are popular.
You also have your 7 day TER ad which you should utilize to reach out and touch us directly.

First i'm mainly in the DC area and top 2: cityvibe and backpage  but other mentions I do dabble in eros and adultsearch and the washington city paper.

I regularly check bp and various sites, similar to TER, that have active regional boards for my area or where I'll be traveling.  The providers I see are in the 150-250/hr range.  Usually the make or break factor is if she is TER reviewed.  Good luck launching your site.

I have found some locations BP or CV might be good, and Eros is good in others. Here in DC it varies by very greatly across a small geographic region.

Look at the local TER ads and see where the ladies are advertising from their ads and TER profiles.

There are so many places, but I seem to use TER the most and then go to Preffered 411 every so often.
