It's a freaking skirt. A prop.
Would you "infer" from the hat that she's got a bald spot?
Don't over-complicate.

If BDSM is what you want/do then advertise or search in the appropriate place and there will be no guesswork involved.

If you like leather or any other specific sort of dress your best bet would be finding a gal you like and asking her if she will wear a particular outfit for you. Trying to second-guess what a lady may do or how she may dress based on her ad pics or some sort of geographical stereotype is not really the way to go.

If you saw an ad for an upscale companion provider who was wearing say a rubber mini skirt with sexy business shirt, pumps and a wide brim hat. Would you infer from the rubber skirt that the provider was primarily into the BDSM scene, eventhough the provider does not mention this anywhre on her site??

No, I would generally NOT infer she had any connection to the BDSM scene.

I have a favorite lady who very often wears latex outfits, rubber skirts, and sometimes leather.  But she just likes the sexy look and feel of these clothes.  This escort is as far away from BDSM as anyone can be, and is the gentlest soul in the universe.  I'm using her as just one example of why the assumption would be invalid.  (At least for me it would .....)

That's a superhot look.

I'd like to see it become a search criterion for TER, so I can determine whether a lady is in my world or scoed's.

What if a hobbyist is not looking for BDSM, but does consider leather an aphrodisiac? Does he go down to DC/Maryland area to find Joi Love? Or go to Germany to hobby?

There are lots of girls who'll incorporate mild fetishes into their GFE routines and have the proverbial "restrictive garments of leather and rubber."  All you have to do is look.

No, but if a provider saw me wearing all that I think she would assume I'm into a kinky thing.  Its very sexist out there.

But probably not drive me away if everything else, including some other pictures, looked good. I suppose I would infer BDSM, but not conclude that was her thing unless reviews or other info confirmed it. I think that most providers who have been at it for a certain amount of time do at least a little, light BDSM, so a provider who does some BDSM is not an issue for me, tho it is not what I do (just an old-fashioned kind of a guy, I guess).

Would not turn me on, color my decision, or drive me away, even though the rubber and BDSM are not for me.

Hope that helps,
Zig

That glossy latex is kind of showy for a fashion statement and must squeak a lot whenever she sits on leather or vinyl uphostery. What I would like to meet is a lady who would put on one of those semi-gloss neoprene suits you see in bicycle shops.
