It's my understanding that ****** ***** got banned by TER because of some guy who claims she stiffed him for some petty amount of money which I find very hard to believe, I'm sure he wasn't an angel in this situation, he must have either cancelled himself or kept her hanging on a date situation. How does a 10-10 rate lady get banned that easily????

If said provider is a ROB, her 10/10 ratings become moot.
I would also suspect there is more to the story then what she told you.

Well there is one big problem with this lady's story. ROB's aren't banned from TER, their profile gest a big fat "RIP OFF" added to their profile - and if the woman in question has other reviews that say otherwise, it takes more than just one rip off review to be consigned to the Rip Off category.

The woman's story sounds fishy and an unknown name suddenly appearing out of nowhere trying to speak up for her sounds even more fishy.

walk into a providers presence and make unreasonable demands and then get pissed and write a horrid review of her.  I see it all the time, a bad experience means she looks like a 4-5?  Reviews can be very easily skewd during a bad axperience.

Now she could have gotten banned if she was unbearable and rude when contacting the TER review panel about having that review removed.  There is a right way and a wrong way about getting thiongs accomplished in any forum.
